Company Overview

Solar Thermal Shield focuses on smooth polyurethane roof coatings. This coating is suitable for all current roofing materials. It delivers a waterproof and energy-efficient system with a lifespan exceeding 30 years needing very little care.

We take pride in being a family-run business. Established in 1969, urethane was an innovative roofing option. Urethane was used by NASA for their space shuttles. This creates a completely seamless roof seal which effectively retains both heat and cold.

Since 1969, Lawrence Sr. has been in the roofing business and remains involved. He is the current president. Lawrence Jr. has been part of Solar Thermal Shield since he was around 15, carrying paint and cleaning up after jobs. He is now the Vice President.
