Don't believe me, See for yourself or just keep and eye out for an ad running about actual customers sharing their horrible experiences with this company.

I thought I got a fair price and given the rush to get in for NEM2 at the time, they did everything in their power to move things along on their end. The service from beginning to end was amazing! From the first meeting to the installation and even the follow-up months later, it was unexpected and much appreciated. I also have to mention that the installation folks, which are usually a get-in and get-out type as I have seen with so many other companies were on time, announced when they were coming, and kept us up to date on what was happening. There was also the dedication and care to the property and the neighbor's yard. I have seen other installers use ugly pipes that are placed around the property that are terrible and an eyesore. These folks did it right, looked for the best way around, and used the house's existing solar paths to make the install look clean. I swear if you do not see the panels on the house, you wouldn't know we had solar. I hate the metal pipes on the neighbor's houses that make the property look so unappealing.

If you want solar and want the best from beginning to end you need to choose these folks. You will love it.

Got a great quote from Tim at HomePro solutions, after two other companies fell through. he had a very competitive quote and once we agreed on the project, solar savings direct was incredibly helpful and understanding the process and keeping me in the loop. Big shout out to Jessica and Monica, as well as the receptionist at the office, cannot remember her name. Just above and beyond customer service. This was a long wait with PG&E delays - they kept us in the loop the whole time and put our mind at ease when we ran into another speed bump with PG&E. Thank you so much!

Everything up to the install was great. Once the install was done, there was absolutely no follow-up by Solar Direct. None. Even the installers informed me that a representative from Solar would contact me to follow-up on the install, provide access to the app, inform me of the next steps (provision from PG&E), and even (to my surprise) that they would paint the conduit (even though I was not expecting that). During the city inspection, there was a 3rd party representative present; but they were not able to answer any of my questions and informed me someone from Solar would be contacting me. Their follow-up was pretty much non-existent.
