I highly recommend SPS! Jaed was my representative and let me tell he is so knowledgeable and easy to talk to, plus extremely honest. My husband and I couldn't be happier with our service and provider. Thank You!

My experience with Solar Power Supply was great. I had been looking into solar for a few years, but kept putting it off. I heard about the change in rules for solar starting in April and knew I was under a short window to submit my application. They were able to submit the application before the due date.

I dealt mostly with Jaed, he provided us a lot of useful articles and information. He is well versed with everything solar. We had ordered an EV and wanted to be sure that was factored into our system. Rudy provided the quotes quickly and able to make adjustments based on our future needs.

The system was installed a couple of weeks after signing the contract. My neighbor commented on how fast our system was installed. He mentioned to me that one of his friends had been wanting over 6 months and their system wasn't installed yet. The team that installed the solar system was professional, on time and cleaned up after themselves.

I'm so glad that they were able to have the system installed before the summer.

Thank you Solar Power Supply!!

My research into Solar started by allowing a full year in my new home to pass so I can really see how much energy ($$$$) I used to live comfortably and then started shopping all solar companies big and small. Initially, i thought I would get the biggest bang for my buck from the company selling out of Costco. I was almost dead set on proceeding thinking I had learned all things ""Solar"" from them, then my mind was blown with Solar Power Supply.

Initial contact with them felt much more customer experience based. Their approach is definitely more education based versus pushing the sale. Their goal is to help you make a fully informed decision on every aspect of the solar panel system through the final configuration you decide on all while being considerate of what makes sense in terms of your true usage and affordability.

To give you an example of how great SPS, i have to share a horrible experience first: My initial quote was through Sunrun who told me everything I wanted to hear. Gave me prices that I thought looked great (at the time), told me i would get a ""free"" electrical panel upgrade, would get extra years of warranty since I would purchase through Costco, basically told me everything i wanted to hear in order to get me to docusign so they could have their tech come to my home. It only got worst when they got here as they got cocky and spray painted my property to prepare for a new panel at which point i had to say ""Stop! I didn't even agree to a purchase yet"". After that, I had to chase the quote by calling 800 numbers and waiting for calls back. Another big national Solar company quote was almost the same as this scenario. I can't imagine how much worse the service would have been had I proceeded with either of them.

Solar Power Supply was the opposite. They told me what I needed to hear. That I actually did not need a new electrical panel and showed me how what I had was more than enough. They talked me through the pros and cons of different panels, inverters, batteries, etc. They set realistic expectations of what I would see once the panels were installed and helped clarify some solar panel myths that I thought to be true. During all of these conversations, I was still shopping other solar companies and letting those companies tell me their spiel so I can layout all of the quotes and materials used to make an informed apples-to-apples decision.

The choice was crystal clear. Solar Power Supply came with the most competitive pricing for the most efficient materials. I was very concerned regarding the the aesthetic look of the panels and configuration but had come to find, so are they. They made the process seamless and it was completely effortless on my part. The job was clean and I had (and still have) the comfort in knowing that I can call them anytime for any questions or concerns. Inspections passed with flying colors and the system was connected to the grid quicker than I expected. I am seeing my production daily and can honestly say that going with the local company who focused on true customer service was the best decision I made. Do your research and then you too will know that you made the best decision when you chose Solar Power Supply.

The entire team at Solar Power Supply is wonderful. Rudy took his time explaining all our options and he came up with a plan. My husband wanted different panels, which wasn't a problem. This is something the other 2 companies we got quotes from couldn't do. Myra, the Office Assistant, was great as well. She was always friendly and always picked up the phone when I called. Yash and the installers also were very friendly and approachable. We had an issue with a couple of our solar panels and the app, but the company was extremely quick in coming out to fix the issue. I'm really happy that we went with Solar Power Supply and would 100% recommend them to anyone looking for solar.

We got some quotes from other companies knocking on our door that seemed a bit high, so we looked around for a reputable local installer. We were glad to find Solar Power Supply right here in Corona. Everything from the estimate, planning, financing, permitting, installation, and set up went smoothly with no hassles, these guys are pros! They listened to our input and designed a system to fit our usage and so far our system has been producing 100 percent of our needs. I also appreciated that they let us choose our panels (we went with SilFab panels made in the USA) and microinverters. They also also upgraded us to a 200 amp main panel and did a great job!

Overall, we couldn't be happier and would recommend Solar Power Supply to anyone. Give them a call, they'll help you out and answer all your questions.

If the world wasn't crazy enough, our saving grace IS patience - something that there's a true shortage of now-a-days... Solar has been a project we've talked about for YEARS, but it wasn't until this year (2022) we finally decided to jump in with both feet to hopefully lessen the financial burden of our ever-increasing electricity bill, with our home improvements, future renovations, and wish list - electric vehicles. We were completely clueless of where to even begin, so we talked to friends, who've had solar installations on their homes, to get referrals. We also inquired with a few companies we found on-line with solid reviews. Out of 6 companies we surveyed & received quotes from, we'd have no reservations recommending 4. But there were several KEY reasons we went with SPS - First, our rep., Jaed, not only happened to be a friend, but was previously a happy SPS customer, prior to now working for the company. Second, SPS was NOT the lowest with regards to quotes but offered competitive pricing/product. But last and most important, we trusted & felt most comfortable working with someone who was not there to make a sale, but really provide us a solar education, and understood our needs - (ie. product, pricing, net metering, pros/cons of solar, long-term savings, feeding & pulling from the grid, etc.). We signed our agreement to start the project mid-March (Mar. 17th to be exact), and just received our final ""Permission to Operate"" (PTO) mid-September (Sept. 15th to be exact). 6 months?! What happened? (ie. permit filing errors, damaged products, product shortage, code violations, process deficiencies between city & utility company, etc.) Human error is inevitable, but SPS remained in constant communication with us (not only from our rep., Jaed), but we also had their front office (Myra), and our project lead (Juan) on speed-dial. They never denied the mistakes and were committed to making it right for us! When the installation and/or product shortage occurred, they worked with us to find a solution, even if it meant obtaining products from competitors at a higher price! When our initial inspection failed due to code violations, SPS not only corrected the issue, but they replaced a protruding vent with a low-profile vent in front of our house. Merging the gapped panels also made it look more aesthetically pleasing. We were happy with the initial installation, but happier with the modification! Knowing there were already delays, SPS even paid for city expedited services, hoping to help move our project through the queue, but what they received in return was ""super slow"" city services. Through all of this, we were made aware of things that ""fell through the cracks"" between the city and utility company for approved electrical work done pre-pandemic (2019), but both continue to finger point at each other taking no accountability for an internal process they both failed to complete - no check & balance. We appreciated, Javier, our SPS engineering lead, on the many HOT days he waited in his vehicle for inspection. (Inspectors impose ridiculous time constraints, which, they, themselves, do not reciprocate the same courtesy)! Final approval was obtained August 10th, and SPS submitted final work completion to the electric company the following day. As the homeowner, we had to follow-up between the city & electric company to ensure we had the correct solar meter to operate. Final PTO was finally obtained Sept. 15th, 2022! Would we use SPS again? YES! We believe they do care about their business & customers by continuously striving to provide the best product, competitive pricing, solar education, seamless installation, and follow-up. We have no reservations in recommending them! - G & K

I am extremely picky when it comes to hiring contractors to work on my house. Especially when it comes to work on the roof. I contacted a buddy who recently installed solar, and he also is only interested in working with high quality contractors. I am glad I took his referral. SPS explained everything even what is going on with NEM. Pulled all the correct permits, was onsite for the final inspection, and installed everything in only 2 days! The process was so smooth I couldn't ask for anything more. If you are on the fence have no fear. Based on my experience you can 100% trust these guys to do the job right. They also custom made and replaced a rusty chimney cap. They did a great job at that and even painted it on site to match my old paint. Almost forgot about that. Well done and thank you for everything.

A five star rating isn't something I give too often as it takes quite a bit to really earn it. However, Solar Power Supply does deserve my FIVE STAR accolade rating based on the exceptional service they provided. Searching for a solar company to work with can be quite daunting, in-fact, it took me months and multiple conversations and price quotes from many different companies to finally make my choice. Rudy, the company representative for Solar Power Supply made the decision to go with them much easier due to his professionalism, patience, tenacity, and his willingness to work with me - all WITHOUT the hard sale that's often expected from others to close a deal. Believe me, my decision took many tiring months. Let's face it, going solar is a huge investment, and without a doubt a difficult decision which shouldn't be taken lightly. Luckily, Rudy took the time to help me carefully plan out my system needs and get me to a price that I could comfortably commit to. After the agreement the installation of the solar system was done and it turned out great, producing the extra power I need to run my pool pump, appliances, air conditioning, lights, and energy hog, plasma television. Their installers were professional, ensuring the job was done correctly with minimal hiccups (mostly caused by getting the permits which was at no fault of theirs because it was the city that held it up). And, this entire ordeal all happening during this COVID-19 pandemic. To sum this up, I had a fantastic experience using this company and I am confident they will be around in the future if and when I need them again. Kudos to Solar Power Supply!

Had Solar Power Systems install a roof mounted solar system on my home. They planned out the install, applied for the permits and then came in and completed the installation in one day. Then completed applications with Southern California Edison and we are online producing solar energy. If you are considering installing a Solar System, I recommend considering Solar Power Supply. They were the most economical in my search for a solar system.
