I worked with Alex who met with me to explain the process, financing and installation. He made everything go smoothly. I then worked with Chris on appointments and installation. Our sales person, Ivan, was extremely helpful in educating us on Solar Optimum's products, service and maintenance, and no pressure to sign on the dotted line that day. The system is up and running and we can monitor daily production on our computer, as well as Solar Optimum doing the same from their computers. Before we met Ivan, the rep of Solar Optimum, we already consulted with a few other installers, comparing to all the factors including price, warranties, equipment and materials... in particular, the professionalism
