Purchased a Lennar home in 2022 and was disappointed it only came with the bare minimum in solar panels. With NEM 3.0 incoming in April I decided to add on to my current system. Pariz was not only fast and responsive, he explained to me very clearly all the finance options and the equipment used. The Panasonic 400W panels are the best in the market with the lowest degradation over 25 years. Other companies refused to disclose the cash price and didn't explain how you were getting the low APR. Only after reading the fine print do you find out that it's only for the first 18 months. Also pricing on the Tesla Powerwall 2 was wildly higher from other companies. If you didn't shop around you would never know. Solar Optimum came in with the lowest quote using the best products. Solar Optimum competed with other companies to get my business. They offered the best equipment and roof warranty out of all the companies that I researched. They also helped me get the best available solar energy loan for my system. Once I was approved for the loan, they installed the equipment and had my system up and operational really fast. I recently had issues with my WiFi modem and they offered to upgrade my monitoring equipment for free so that I could continue to monitor my system's performance. Very friendly and professional staff. I've had solar installed by Solar Optimum for over a year now and I'm really happy with their service. I highly recommend Solar Optimum.

Everything good so far. The install was straight forward and easy. You may need to stay on top of them when it comes to gifts and referral cash that they promised. They reach out every so often to check on you and make sure things are going well. I completed 14 quotes for solar. I chose optimum, that should tell you a lot.

The installation was very smooth and very little disruption to my family. The crew that installed our solar were very polite and clean. I didn't even know the crew were here working most of the time.

Solar Optimum handled all the permits with the city and the city inspectors.

The savings that we now have on our electrical bills are fantastic! The engineering department did a great job on the amount of solar panels they recommended. The payback on my system will be 6 years.

Ivan is my Lead project manager. Ivan and solar optimum took care of all my paper work that's needed for the project to start. Ivan and team are very responsive to my question and requests. Ivan and team are still continuing to provide their excellent services by monitoring my system, recently they notice that one of my inverter is not functioning properly they are sending out a technician to fix it and assure me that they will have the parts with them so I don't have to order and wait extra days. Bonus: Ivan even look for promotion and apply it for me and follow up to male sure that the process is going smoothly.
