Months after having my roof done. I needed So Cal Roofing to do me one more job and open a 7 inch vent for my hood vent that I was putting in my kitchen. Great experience with Carlos and his company! Like most people we put off many years installing a new roof. After getting quotes from different vendors, we decided to go with SoCal Roofing Solutions. From the beginning Carlos was very helpful and informative on our roofing needs. He did a walk through and took pictures of our old roof. We discuss payment and after getting quotes from other vendors, SoCal Roofing Solutions was the best. We were impressed how fast Carlos set up our appointment to install our roof. Fantastic company. Carlos, the owner, was responsive, communicate clear, and made the whole roof replacement process easy for me. I live several hour drive away from the property needing the roof replacement, so this was all arranged remotely. Being far away wasn't an issue at all. From the initial inspection, quote, permitting process, finally roof and wood replacement, Carlos kept me updated with pictures, emails, phone calls and text. Highly recommend SoCal Roofing!

Carlos showed up on time, did a walkthrough for the estimate, answered any questions that I had regarding the whole process thoroughly, and provided me with a quote within 24 hours.

The quote that Carlos gave me was better than a few other vendors that I had called. Carlos was extremely friendly, courteous, and kept his word on timing and pricing. In addition, he provided top notch quality and he is a man of integrity.

SoCal Roofing did an excellent job on the roof and finished within the weekend (Friday/Saturday.) Overall, I chose SoCal Roofing because they were the best priced, Carlos was communicative and honest, and ultimately did an outstanding job. The only small part, I had an issue with was that Luis, who did their scheduling/phone was lacking on the communication part, I always had to call him and check up on things. A couple times, he told me he will call me back, but never did. On the contrary, he did pick up my calls every time, so that's a plus.

Highly recommended. First off, Carlos is an honest man. He keeps his word on timing and pricing. This quality is harder and harder to find these days. Carlos' dad was our job coordinator while they were here and he is a man of integrity as well. Luis, who did the scheduling kept great communication with us all at times. They all keep their word and explain what is needed and what is not. No surprises.

Look, Socal Roofing did an excellent job on the roof. They also did fascia work for us that was top-notch. Not only did they paint the fascia for us, but they also covered up the holes that were made by the nails after they hung it, and painted those areas over as well. We didn't even expect this to be done. It saved me a lot of work.

We searched several roofing companies, but SoCal was the best priced, had the best communication, and ultimately did an outstanding job. They also offered to cover up anything in the garage that we didn't want to get dirty and cleaned up meticulously when the job was done.

Carlos said something during our last conversation as I thanked him for a job well done. He said, ""We are a family now"" and to call if we ever need anything. I was blown away by that. We weren't just a customer he was putting behind him, and we are thankful for that.

Again, highly recommended and I will be referring to anyone I know that needs a roof. Carlos, thanks again to you and the team!!

Our 1959 ranch style house was in desperate need of a new roof. It was leaking over the covered patio where the previous roofers many years ago had used shingles instead of rolled roofing. Carlos at SoCal Roofing Solutions gave the best estimate and was the most responsive as well. His crew did the entire tear down and cleanup in one day, followed by one day for material drop off and city inspection, and installed the whole roof the following day! I was invited up onto the roof to take pictures and even asked to really scrutinize their work. I was thoroughly impressed not only by the attention to detail, but just how efficient and fast the crew was. And yes the correct style of roofing was installed over the patio! I will not ever hesitate to recommend Carlos and his company to anyone needing roof work! Definitely give them a call.

SoCal Roofing Solutions is Top Shelf in my book. They were very responsive to my quote request and Carlos showed up, looked over the job and went step by step thru the process including mfg material choices and colors. Their estimate was roughly in the middle range of those submitted.
They kept in touch all along the way and showed up ready to go on the scheduled day. Tear down and cleanup went well. They spoke to me throughout the Installation process and their completed job turned out EXTREMELY well. The crew worked together flawlessly and the foreman gave fist bumps to his teammates at the end of each day...that speaks volumes.
