Disappointed. The crew left a mess. The roof leaks some type of acid and I have to constantly clean my pavement. I wasn't told this would happen. It's been months now. Not a professional finish and I paid 25k too over priced for the job done.

With many roofing companies out there, the choices can be overwhelming. I contacted at least four, and SoCal Roofing Solutions won me over.

The appointment I made with Carlos for a quote set the tone. Carlos was punctual arriving to my house. He was very informative, professional, and proposed a project timeline that was hard for me to believe at first, because I saw my neighbors' roofing projects taking well over a week. But because of my interaction with Carlos, I decided to go with SoCal Roofing Solutions (SRS). The contract provided by SRS was clear, and after it was signed we were ready to go.

My confidence with choosing SRS increased when I met and interacted with my Project Manager, Javier. Javier was also very informative, professional, patient, and easy to talk too. Javier and Carlos kept me updated with each step of the process, via texts and calls. Everything went clockwork and smoothly.
- Rotted wood was replaced to get everything up to code for the inspector.
- The inspector approved everything
- The new roof was installed
- The inspector approved everything at the final inspection
I don't think this process could have gone any better than it did.

The roof turned out beautiful and SRS guarantees their work for 20 years. I was assured by Javier that if a leak should appear, SRS would come out and repair it. And based on the work and product they provided, I have no doubts. This company is very busy and organized. I would highly recommend them to friends and family. Always do your research, especially with a big project like this. I didn't hire the cheapest company, but I know I paid for a competent, professional, customer oriented company who takes pride in their work. The initial estimate was competitively priced with others, but we had to waitlist for a few weeks due to the high demand in the area.

Edwin was our project manager for our reroofing project. He came by every workday to sync with me about progress and expectations. He and his team finished the job quickly and were ready for city inspection every step of the way.

Overall, Edwin was reliable and his team were able to go from start to finish within 1 week.

My husband and I love to shop local and support small family businesses. Our insurance dropped a bomb on us to replace our roof. We were under a lot of stress and Carlos and his team were nothing short of amazing to work with. They walked us through every step of the process and were able to set us up with a financing company. We had three quotes and they were all comparable or even a few thousand dollars less than others. The process took about three days with tear off, inspection, installation and final inspection. replaced the tile portion of the roof in under 2 days and it was glorious to watch. like clockwork the team arrived, assembled, and got to work, and then they were gone until the next morning after some good clean-up. the next day the work was finished and i am writing this as the (final) clean-up is finishing as i am so pleased with the final price (i.e. the agreed upon price + overages) and the value i feel i got for the $$$.

only thing i can say by way of a true endorsement is that when i am ready to have the flat roof portion of the roof replaced i will be calling Carlos to arrange for it!

So Cal Roofing did an amazing job on my La Mirada home back in February and just finished up my mother in laws house in Hawaiian Gardens. Pricing is excellent. Workmanship is top notch, employees are super nice. They bring a very large crew and get it done in three days. The products used are good quality. Love pulling up to my home and seeing my new roof.
