Very unprofessional, I was cursed out by the office staff for calling to follow up on my order which i was told 6 to 8 weeks at the 8 weeks o was getting hung up on told I'd recieve a call back never did. Finally went to cancel my order and was threatened by staff and a sales man verbally making the issues my problem once I finally spoke to billing and filed a investigation complaint I was called immediately by the owner apologizeing for his staff and given a install date oy becau6he wanted my money. I agreed only because I didn't want to continue to wait for another company to deliver. Once they installed everything items were damaged and the job was tacky and cheaply done. Neighbors asked where I went and I tell them don't waste your time or money got to Lowes or Home Depot this company is unreliable, doea a tacky job, and should be closed.
