I contracted Sean and team for my repair work. Being on a tight budget, Sean worked with me to give me the best price he could. I am so impressed with his work and his knowledge of roofing, siding and windows and his desire to work with me. I will definitely hire this company again and again. A++

We had some water pipes freeze and bust in the attic in Jan 2018. We hired SNS Pro Services (Sean Sawyer) to do the repairs. The first 2 checks from the insurance company were made out directly to me and the 3rd check was made out to me and my mortgage company. We paid Sean over $14,000 with the first 2 checks and then had to wait on the mortgage company to send the remaining money to us. After 78 nights in a hotel we scheduled to move back into our house but the repairs were not complete as Sean ""ran out of money."" We had to live in our house with no hot water for 3 weeks. When we finally received the final check and signed it over to him, he worked 2 more days then split leaving the repairs unfinished. His crew damaged numerous pieces of our personal property and didn't pay for them or replace them. His workmanship is shoddy at best. The new A/C unit that he installed failed city inspection 3 times and still to this day has not passed. One of his crew members bent our drain pain to stop it from leaking and has since caused a leak thru our new ceiling. They damaged our kitchen cabinets that we spent 2 months staining and had just finished 2 weeks prior to the flood. He didn't replace ANY of the insulation that the insurance company paid him to do so we had to pay out of pocket for it. He signed a notarized affidavit to my mortgage company stating he had insurance and when I called his insurance company to file a claim; they advised me they do not insure him. I could go on and on with the numerous problems we have had. I only rated him 1 star because I had to choose something. I wouldn't recommend him or his company to anyone!
