The cost of the replacement was fair and did not differ too much from the other estimates we obtained. The quality of work was outstanding. We are located in Springville CA. We needed a new roof ASAP because our insurance company demanded it in order to keep the insurance. So I looked around and got different quotes from different roofers. I personally don't like going with big companies, so I narrowed it down to 2 companies. I chose Smith's Roofing because when I requested a quote, they came out in 3 days, and gave me a quote that same day. I really appreciated their quickness there.

I dealt with Ryan through the entire roofing process. Communication and timeliness is very important to me, and Ryan did both very well. He had his team remove my roof and install the new one in a matter of 3 days. Every day they worked, they cleaned up after themselves when leaving for the day. Ryan made sure the roof was up to code and that the inspector signed off the work. Ryan made sure all paperwork was in order and that all parties involved had pictures of work completed.

Another thing to mention is that Ryan even tended to our dogs whenever he came by. He gave them pets and always made sure they had water. Class A owner and top class workers. Oh, and our roof looks amazing.

After having a surprise need for a roof replacement I did a lot, a lot, of research. I think I took 5 bids that varied between $12,000 - $30,000. It took months to decide and get financing. Ryan Smith came out early on in my bid process and offered me a roof replacement for a little over the lowest bid, using a superior product and including the cost of dry rot, other problems that might be found and a complete replacement of my old, old fascia.

I read his reviews, looked at his work, listened to him carefully when he gave me tips on questions to ask contractors. I learned a lot. He honored his original estimate even after months of me taking bids and securing financing. When I was ready they had me lined up within 2 weeks. The, absolutely gorgeous roof was finished in 3 days. They operate like a well oiled machine and there was nothing for me to do than my final inspection and cutting a check.

Ryan is a blast and offers so much more than top quality roofing. He includes a lot of things that other roofers don't in the price. Everyday they cleaned up thoroughly, leaving things better than they were. The crew was amazing and I love our new, high quality roof. Thank you Smiths Roofing!

Could not have asked for a better job to be done. They did the job the way it needed to be done, no short cuts...the roof looks great...the workers were efficient...and the clean up was great. A gentlemen driving a truck with a Smith's Roofing sign (and apparently looking at roofs in our area) noticed a US flag that had been blown onto my neighbor's roof and offered to get it down. We thought he was kidding, but he drove into the driveway and proceeded to get the flag off the roof.
That gesture of kindness make me take note of the company name on his truck and write this review. Anyone who cares that much will surely provide excellence in whatever ""trade"" he sells.
