Michael E.Called SmithCo last week and set up an appointment for yesterday between 4 and 5 PM. SmithCo was a no-show for the appointment, did not answer the telephone at 5:35PM (they are open until 6P) and did not respond to email today. I can not comment on the quality of their work or the fairness of their prices. All I can say is that if you don't show up or at least call to reschedule, you are OUT.
