The employees are confrontational scum bags. They blew all the leaves out the rain gutter and into my front yard. I asked them to clean it up and they said they would. Next day come home from work and its WORSE than when I asked them to clean it. Had to get the owner involved, and he said they would come back and clean it the next day. That next day is here and the place is halfway cleaned and my DUST PAN off my front porch is ""missing"", my broom is still there. Confrontational, disgruntled, low life employees with a tough guy attitude. After looking further they just blew everything further into the bushes..They refused to clean..Class act

I was so scared when the roof started to leak this rainy season. A friend of mine (works for the HOA of a large condo place) recommended Smith Roofing. I checked the reviews online and was apprehensive at first. I was so impressed with the quality of work, attention to detail and professionalism of the roofers!

Thank goodness, there was no methie in the group. They are all well dressed and mostly Hispanic workers that have been working for the same company for many years. These guys really know what they are doing and Scott was very attentive to every detail and perfection.

I would recommend them to anyone in a heart beat. It's really sad that one bad employee from YEARS ago that no longer works there still has an impact on the ratings.

For those seeking reliable, trustworthy, and employees who are not psychotic, do NOT under any circumstance use this company as a resource. While I was driving today, I came into contact with an extremely aggressive driver that is one of their very few employees. He tailed my car on the freeway, and while I proceeded to slow down just to remind him that I was there, he flashed his brights at me multiple times from his truck. He then proceeded to swerve behind me and cut in front of me, and breaked incredibly fast (just to attack me and make me very scared I was going to hit him). I breaked equally as hard, honked my horn, and went to switch lanes as I realized the driver was completely psychotic. As I went into the next lane (only at 65 mph on the freeway), he swerved his car at mine back and forth. He was completely insane. I immediately got in the next lane, and he proceeded to follow my car and finally stopped once I got off the freeway. I was scared for my life and I should have called the police, but I ended up calling the business, who said they would handle it. However, the person who answered was driving in a car, and as the company is very small, it's likely it was the driver who I came into contact with. Either way, I find this behavior inappropriate, rude, and disrespectful. I'm a young woman and NO ONE should be treated with the type of craziness I dealt with this morning.
