Tonyand his crew have always come through for me. From emergency repairs to several full replacements we've always been 100% satisfied. Quality of workmanship and pricing are on point. We have several rental properties that he's taking care of for us over the years. Awesome gutter replacement as well. We love our new gutters. If you're looking for a great company to take care of your roofing or gutter needs Tonyand his team are the absolute best!

Tony's guys did an amazing job on our roof. Helped me with insurance , and gave the most reasonable price. I can't recommend Smith roofing enough! Thanks again Tony and crew !

Way overpriced - too much money - keep looking you will find a better price-they charged me over $1000. And others wanted $600

Tony and his team did a great job on my reroof project. Some unexpected issues came up, and he handled them well and fairly.

Had a roof leak right in my kitchen in February when we had heavy rain. I called Tony and he sent out Ernesto to patch leak. Literally he was the only roofer that called me back. I called like 2 others Tony was the 3rd. Ernesto responded within an hour and patched the leak. That was a sigh of relief because it rained pretty heavy again due to the atmospheric storm.
Fast forward I decided to pull the trigger and get my roof done with them. Tony came out gave me a fair and honest bid. I called another roofer and once again they did not return my phone call in a reasonable time, and when they did they couldn't schedule me in until a month out.
Tony and his team literally got the job done in a day and a half. I was very happy with the work and the cost. Tony's very upfront if there is a problem he'll let you know. Some people might not like that but for me that's what I want in a contractor. Just tell me the truth even if I don't want to hear it, so I can make logical decision on what I want to do next.
A month later I had an AC problem and found out that a roofing nail had hit my line set, which is the copper line that the refrigerant runs through. I called Tony to let him know and he sent out another contractor to fix the problem and took responsibility for the inconvenience. Thats pretty epic in my book. I honestly thought he wouldn't help but he stepped up and did. Thanks Tony you have a customer for life.

During the heavy rains in February and March 2023 our roof started leaking. the Smith Roofing crew came out and replaced the old roof. They helped select the new materials (color). Great job.

We called Tony on a Saturday due to discovering water intrusion in our bedroom. He sent his team over the following day (a Sunday) to repair the roof. We were grateful as another roofing company told us it would be about 2 months before they could get to us. The workmen took care of everything and cleared out all remnants of their work.

Trying to get Tony to get a job done but he does not like to put simple jobs on calendar. I will restate him when he finally comes out otherwise I have to give him one star for failing to commit

Smith Roofing had just replaced a neighbor's home in our mobilehome park. Though I didnt have any leaks, I asked Tony, the owner of Smith Roofing, to check my roof as it had been a few years since last inspected. Tony was very cordial and said he would do it at no charge. He came back down and showed me photos of screws he said were coming coming up an inch out of their holes. I couldn't make out anything in the photo. He showed me another photo of something he said needed repair or sealed. He wanted $700 to do the repair. I decided to also call a local agency that does repair for low income seniors at no cost. They sent out the City of Folsom contracted roofer, Randy Griffin. Randy told me he'd installed many mobilehome roofs in his career. He also showed me photos, said there were no screws standing up anywhere, no other issues, everything was sealed and in good condition. So it appears that Tony Smith was going to fleece me $700 for unnecessary repairs. It's a shame.
