Don't waste your time on this company! Salesman named Rodney just said he didn't want to ""re-work bid"" and withdrew all bids in lieu of just saying, ""this is our best price""! He went on to say that he didn't need my money. I told him I was ready to sign today. Joke of a salesman and company for hiring him.

Smart Seal representative, Adam Nix, came to my house, gave me an estimate on the spray foam estimate. He also gave me energy savings tips like more insulation in attic, spray foam in attic (only if I wanted to-no high pressure sales, which was refreshing). He was very helpful and friendly. When my renovation began which involved multiple contractors (new windows, etc siding, etc) from several companies, which included Smart Seal, they were able to coordinate with the other companies to arrive at the right time to complete the spray foam job, & they arrived on time. The technician was very friendly and answered all my questions.The technician carefully prepped and taped off the area (spent quite a bit of time doing prepping), then sprayed the wall, scraped off the excess foam with a saw. The tech cleaned up the area after completion of the job showed me everything he had done & did I have any questions. I was very impressed with the quality of their work, both Adam Nix and the tech. The company even called me several days after the work was completed to see if I was completely satisfied (which I was). I was very happy with their work. Good Job, Smart Foam!
