Owner came out and inspected. Emailed the estimate.
I responded we accept his proposal. Didn't hear from him so I called and sent an email. Still no response. Finally reached him. He would check his email and get back to me. I sent another email; still no response so I emailed him we didn't need his services.

I email them to get a quote on a repair of a metal garage roof- he called right back (that was on January 7th) we talked and he said that he would meet me at the house at 4:00 (I was at work when we first talked). I waited until 5:00 and them called him and got his voicemail - it is now the 17th of January and not a word from him. This is not the way to conduct business, if he could not make it there should have been a called make. Would not recommend.

Being in the Trades myself, Its easy to tell the difference between a professional and a Spoof.

We have been dealing with 11 Sonona County Roofing Contractors for the last 8 months. Too many missed appointments and time taken off to count.

We finally called the Roofing supply house, who sold us our Tiles. they referred us to Steve Gubera at Smart Roofing Systems. He returned our calls immediately and showed up when promised.

Before working he explained in terms we could understand, he showed us the problems and didn't leave until every inch of our roof was inspected and repaired.
We can't speak highly enough about the quality of work Steve Performed, he cleaned up everything, sweeping and vacuuming all the Residue,
