He walked me through each area of the roof that needed to be addressed with pictures so I could see exactly what needed to be done. He didn't try and over sell me like the three other roofing companies had done. His estimate was honest and he delivered to that. Alan did the work himself and cleaned up and hauled off the shingles he had to replace.
