We engaged with SmartRoofing earlier this summer for our roofing project. It was one of the best experiences we've had working with a company. From start to finish, the process was smooth and efficient. Shay, our project manager, was great--very amiable, super helpful, and always quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had.

Low rating just for a horrible customer service and communication. Scheduled an appointment with the company, got confirmation on a time to meet, drove for an hour to the project place just to receive a phone call very last minute that they won't be coming to do any job.

Smart Roofing just finished reroofing our house and they were incredible. The project manager, Isaac, personally assessed our roofing needs, worked out a fair price, and a few days later... the crews were removing our old roof, the next day was for inspection and materials to be delivered, the third day the new roof was put on place and the fourth day we settled the payment and had permit approval. Throughout the whole process, Isaac was easy to contact via text and was always quick to respond. The removal and installation crews were amazing: efficient and respectful of the property, leaving our home cleaned up after each day's work. We would highly recommend: if you need roofing, contact Smart Roofing... and ask for Isaac... he's the best!

I needed a new roof due to leaks and called/met with 12 different companies. Yes, 12 companies. Isaac from Smart Roofing came and was such a pleasure to work with. Came with a plan to address the insane heat in the upstairs of our home and gave me the best quote. We went with Cool Plus Owens Corning shingles. For the work we got squeezed in the very following week after agreeing . 1 day for old roof removal, one day for materials to arrive, and installation completed in 1 day. So a new roof in 3 days from start. Roof looks amazing and professional, and our house is much cooler upstairs with the new insulation. Also I want to add the team was super pro covering our entire upstairs with plastic wrap. Could not be happier with this company!

I like this company because they made a good impression on me and my wife. I called for a free estimate and was able to get an appointment for the next morning. Office staff person and project manager were very professional. I'm giving this company 5 stars even though we ended up not using them. It seems that we can live with our roof for another 5 to 10 years barring any unforeseen circumstances. I thank them for their honesty, professionalism and transparency.

Smart Roofing was absolutely fantastic! Shay is very knowledgeable, very friendly, and was an absolute pleasure to work with. The installation team showed up on time every day and completed my roof within the estimated time. Shay showed up every day to check in and answer all of my questions. I've worked with a lot of contractors and always seem to have an issue, but not with Smart Roofing. They were terrific. I recommend them highly.

Shay, Levi, and the team were a pleasure to work with. Very professional and responsive to texts and emails. They kept us updated throughout the entire process and the installation was incredibly seamless.
