Ben, head of crew management and contracts, came out and assessed our job - pool tile cleaning and replacement and sealing, and gave us a very good quote. The crew arrived within the week, was knowledgeable about their craft, and did a great job. They spoke English and Spanish, and were willing to work a long day to finish the job. The contract was easy: it included taxes, materials and labor. We already plan on house painting and patio remodeling with them. They can handle anything around the house!

Malika and her team were very good representatives for Smart Home Remodelling. Malika's proposal was very clear and the price was reasonable. The attic insulation removal, cleaning and replacement took one day, and Daniel's crew worked well, respected the house and cleaned up on completion. The follow up addressed a couple of locations needing additional work, which was quickly completed with no problems. Overall I am very pleased with the company, the personnel, the way the work was performed and the price.

Do NOT use this company they will scam you out of money! They prey on the elderly. I hired them to do work on my fathers kitchen and its some of the worst craftsmanship I've seen. High dollar prices for extremely poor execution. When I pointed out the mistakes they started adding on charges to the final price we had already discussed. Needless to say they are horrible people, with the worst quality of work and they were kicked out of the house for scamming my father out of thousands of dollars.

This company stole thousands of dollars from my elderly parents, matter of fact $311,000 in loans!!! They took out massive loans in my parents name by e-signing documents through a fake email by the way which was in Hebrew language, i finally got into the e-mail and changed it to english and found that they borrowed from 8 loan companies and charged my parents for the same work 8 times according to these loan companies. The District Attorney has gotten involved and The Houston Police Departments Financial Crimes Division. They didn't finish the work and also forged my parent's names on several documents. This company stole all of the material back and never gave my parents a detailed itemized bill of how much material they would need nor how much it would cost. Statements with massive amounts just started coming to my parent's house and that's how we found out that they had applied for so many loans in my parent's name! This company is the biggest scam in Houston, Tx, especially on elderly ppl and then they try to take their properties that they work so hard and long for! He then tried to get me to delete my review from the internet!!!

I scheduled an appointment with this Company and they didn't show up or bother to call me to let me know that they would not be able to make the appointment. What else is there to say.
I will not be using them as a contractor that's for sure.

Hired them for several projects around the house. I had them continue coming back out because they either didn't do the job right or didn't actually finish the job. Granted, they said they would have their guys keep coming out until we were satisfied. However, me having to take so much time to review their work and point out exactly what they missed over and over again made it not worth it, especially for the amount of money I paid them. Overall, the quality of their work was not worth the price.

Not even worthy of 1 star did not finish job had to hire other contractors to finish job absolutely worst experience, lied all the way thru job said they would have cleaning service after job was completed said we would have new house inside and out didn't happen didn't even paint cabinets and doors. ElectricIan messed up our electrical , had to hire another electrician to fix what smart home remodeling messed up. Would not hire them to build a dog house. And by the way lock up jewelry, stole 2 diamond rings.

I had a really bad leak in my roof the they made it out the next day and my roof was fixed up better than I could have hoped in three days turns out I had lots of weak points and leaks everywhere! THANK YOU GUYS!!!! y'all saved my wallet and my home

I contracted Smart Homes Remodeling to paint and repair my house. The day they were to take off all the old fascia brds off my house , they took fascia brds off my neighbors home. They realized they had the wrong house and placed boards on ground and never said anything to anybody. The workers that came out were not professional and very inexperienced. They never sanded or filled holes or chalked before painting. They hammered boards on crooked.They painted doors without opening them.They dipped their rollers in the paint buckets and dripped and filled all air vents full of paint. They hammered several pieces of sidding back up with the nails visible . When I said someththing to the contractor he told me to wait till they were finished...Which didn't take long. This company was very overpriced but I felt they would do a good job...not. He was to come back and pressure wash which he was supposed to do before painting ,but never did. They never finished fixing my neighbors house that they tore up. When I expressed my concerns, they told me instead of fixing all this. they would take money off. .which wasn't much considering all the repairs. I got tired of dealing with this company and only got worse everytime I called. Don't be fooled as I was by the A+ rating with BBB.
