I have lots of experience in home-improvement especially in the window industry. I do not know bathrooms and or kitchens so I left it to the professionals. I had several estimates like I always do. Smart construction consultant wasn't the cheapest nor were they the most expensive. One thing I can truly say is, they were courteous, on time, and suggested many different design options that I did not think of before. I am so glad that I went with them. They aren't my business and, I would recommend them to anyone who's is looking for high-quality work from people that cares about their customers. I am looking forward to my next project with them which will be the kitchen... please stay informed. I would give them more stars but 5 STARS is the max

Few month ago I had my Condo in Tarzana completely remodeled. I interviewed several different contractors and made a decision to go with Smart Construction Consultants, that is after I Had an appointment to meet with Ron the Contractor. We clicked right away since he understood what I wanted and what my vision was. The scope of the job was a complete kitchen remodeling, replacing the entire wood floors, remodel the bathroom. Bedroom closets needed to be redone as well. finally a fresh paint was applied to the entire unit. Communications with the contractor was very good in answering any questions I had.
I am extremely happy with the results, big thank you to the entire team. I would definitely recommend Smart Construction Consultants !

First, he came in with the best estimate. Second, Ron had a great crew. Ron himself was always available and always picked up the phone when I called.
