As a realtor in Malibu and have put off
remodeling my home for a long time because l could not find a remodeling contractor that l was comfortable with and trusted.All that changed when I met Ron from Smart consultants construction From start to finish, the remodeling of my kitchen and bathroom was a dream. I basically told Ron the general theme of both kitchen and bath and let
him run with it. His crew was great, they were clean, trustworthy and there were no delays.l couldn't be happier with the way things turned out! Ron took the time and expertise to upgrade, electric , plumbing and subflooring as needed, even shored up some walls that were compromised. Ron chose appliances, delivered
and installed them.Ron chose the the floors, the white porcelain in the bathroom is off the charts! Such a fantastic job, so much so that l
now plan to remodel my whole home, including floors,windows and exterior & will Definitely hire Ron to
complete the task. I have referred Ron to clients and they've thus far given him the thumbs up on the estimates he's given. I plan on working
with Ron in the future and highly recommend

I have lots of experience in home-improvement especially in the window industry. I do not know bathrooms and or kitchens so I left it to the professionals. I had several estimates like I always do. Smart construction consultant wasn't the cheapest nor were they the most expensive. One thing I can truly say is, they were courteous, on time, and suggested many different design options that I did not think of before. I am so glad that I went with them. They aren't my business and, I would recommend them to anyone who's is looking for high-quality work from people that cares about their customers. I am looking forward to my next project with them which will be the kitchen... please stay informed. I would give them more stars but 5 STARS is the max

Few month ago I had my Condo in Tarzana completely remodeled. I interviewed several different contractors and made a decision to go with Smart Construction Consultants, that is after I Had an appointment to meet with Ron the Contractor. We clicked right away since he understood what I wanted and what my vision was. The scope of the job was a complete kitchen remodeling, replacing the entire wood floors, remodel the bathroom. Bedroom closets needed to be redone as well. finally a fresh paint was applied to the entire unit. Communications with the contractor was very good in answering any questions I had.
I am extremely happy with the results, big thank you to the entire team. I would definitely recommend Smart Construction Consultants !
