I hired SLS to do my kitchen renovation this year. Everyone I dealt with was great. I met with Joshua Jenkins for the initial consulting and he was very professional and detailed and he even threw in redoing my fireplace as part of the project. Joshua was very helpful when choosing all the materials and options for my new kitchen. He took me to the showcase warehouse where I could see the different materials and options. They initially told me that it would take 2 weeks, however, it took 3 weeks due to covid some of the materials based on what I wanted were on back order so we had to wait for the delivery. As far as the work done: There were different teams who worked on my kitchen in the 3 weeks. The teams were very detailed and professional and cleaned up after each day which I appreciated. Danielle at the office was great in keeping me informed on when things would be scheduled and completed and she also followed up with me after every major task. She was awesome! Cesar's team that did the demo were very quick and removed everything without making a huge mess. I was actually impressed. Cesar's team also put up all the new cabinets and my new countertops. They were very detailed and the measurements were perfect. I could tell Cesar takes pride in his work. Billy the electrician was awesome, too, my kitchen lacked lighting and he put in additional ceiling lights and cabinet lights. Ricardo who did my floors was awesome, too. He had it done in less than a day as he also replaced my living room floor. Overall I was very pleased with the work. The only thing I would recommend is better communication between the different teams. I have attached my before and after pictures of my kitchen. My kitchen was done in the 1980's so it needed an upgrade! I am very happy with the end results!! I feel as if I'm in a new home!!

i recently met with Joshua Jenkins regarding a lot of changes I would like to make to my backyard including a lot of demo and removal. He came an took measurements and notes on the scope of the work I envisioned then came back after discussing the project with his boss, the procurement manager/owner. He broke each piece down with a very professional, itemized quote. This is the first contractor I have spoken to so I have no idea how the pricing compares to others and what materials were speced into the bid. So when I was asked to commit with no other information for a 15% discount I couldn't sign. Joshua is very professional, personal and a good listener as far as hearing what I want to do. I feel the company policy makes it difficult for him to get business with this ""sign today or its going to cost a lot more"" policy after all the time and work he puts into his bids. It doesn't leave me with a good feeling.

I was looking for a quick quote to replace my shingle roof. I instead got an hour and a half sales pitch, an over-inflated price to do it, and pressure to sign a contact and run my credit report. Exactly what I wasn't looking for - I'm sure these tactics work on some naive or weak at heart as they pulled out every sales tactic in the book. My advice would be to avoid this company.

I spoke to one of their project managers, Joshua Jenkins, for an estimate for flooring, painting and HVAC. The estimate was way out of price (marked up at least 40%) and I felt pressured into signing a contract. His pricing scheme was awful, in the sense that if I was to sign a contract at the time then I get 15% discount otherwise they charge me an adsorbent amount for their service. My advice would be to stay away from this company for any or all home renovation contracts.

Luckily, I walked away and I am that much more happy for it.

Overall, his demeanor was that of a thankless prick who just wanted to scam me out of my money.

All we wanted was a shower remodel. We first contacted Transform Home improvements, after the salesman came out and gave us a price, our shower remodel was transferred to SLS, This started Oct. 10, 2020. We thought we would get a new shower by Thanksgiving or maybe Christmas. Never heard from anyone at SLS. When we finally heard, all we got was lies after lies about the material. Come to find out, the material was sitting in their warehouse, all they were waiting for was the shower enclosure. Three months we waited and never heard from anyone and finally after three months we got our shower remodel. I would personally think twice about using SLS. They obviously don't care about keeping the customer informed and happy. No communication from them at all. In all this waiting, we never did get a contract for this job. We still don't. Finally we told them to install and we would pay out of pocket for the shower enclosure.

Don't even let them come talk to you. the sales guy was pushy. He, ran a soft credit check per him.. to see what I could get. HE then gave me forms to sign and good thing I read them. I signed the credit check one then stopped realizing he told me he was only checking. Then I read the next form It was me agreeing to service, which I only had 3 days to cancel if I changed my mind. I stopped. I gave them a back. Told him I had to look over everything with the BF who was not home. I Never contacted him again or took their calls. I never agreed to do any work but I failed to get the credit app approval returned/torn up.

Now I have a Synchrony card with account set up with PENDING charges from SLS on it.

Heck, he gave me pricing. Then I pointed out the split counter and he said well that would be like 400 or so more the contractor that comes out will adjust it. HELL NO would I let you get away with that.

Had SLS Home Remodeling due my roof. The salesman Mark was great. Responsive and timely with all information. Jordan was easy to deal with. Would recommend for any work you need.

I have called and explained problem with out AC, after having two AC tech i decided to call SLS, they send someone today which he was not sure what's wrong, first he said is rain and we have to change drain line and coil of condenser and charging $4500.00 and if not we can find out what's wrong, m husband asked him to break own parts and labor, he was not able to give us answer. Unfortunately tese company taking advantage of people and covid and high temp in city, they did under estimate our intelligent, they think people are dumb and have no clue just because we need AC, total dishonest and crooks

Overpriced. 18k for an insert shower and new vanity for a regular bathroom. Told it should have been 23k.

Poor communication for the first two no sho appointments. Late follow up for the over priced one.

Do not waste your time. Super overpriced and not impressed with an iPad presentation.

Bottom line. Gtfo. I was told it's a COVID discount. We're all feeling it. But really? XXXXXXXX company I won't name did it for 7k. Not big box.

Needed a replacement furnace for my rental property in Oceanside. SLS installed a smaller more efficient unit and thermostat. Very professional and timely service at a fair price!
