SLR Roofing is an honest, professional, smooth, accurate and time keeping operation. My involvement as the homeowner was limited to writing checks and a few short conversations about work details. Everything else, all logistics, including supervising the crew, pulling the permit, scheduling inspections and preparing paperwork to apply for the City of LA credit was handled by Lior, the company owner and by his secretary. Lior is a very nice, friendly, work and family dedicated person.  His crew members deserve credit for their hard and professional work during these very hot days.
After 35 years of good service my roof needed replacement. It took me a few weeks to find a contractor who agreed to match my requirements, who's estimate was acceptable and who's reputation was excellent. I selected SLR Roofing and it was the right decision.
After brief inspection of my roof Lior presented a written, detailed job description, and also proposed some changes and improvements. The cost was reasonable, we discussed details of the work. Some unexpected personal issues prevented me from signing the contract right away and I asked Lior to put my project on hold for a few weeks. After coming back to the project we met again to confirm the terms and to sign the contract. He kept the original price without ratcheting it up.
Work was scheduled. The crew came promptly early in the morning and protected the affected area and plants around my house. They removed old roofing material and flashings. Damaged pieces of plywood were replaced as needed. New flashings were installed. All debris was removed. Next morning the initial inspection was performed, new materials delivered and distributed on the rooftop. The following day all new roofing was installed and all work finished. Area around the house was thoroughly cleaned and screened for nails with magnetic tool.
The final inspection was conducted the very next morning.

Lior and his team removed a 30+ year old flat roof (4 old layers) and replaced it with a new one. They were ready to start as soon as we signed the contract (a rarity in the industry right now with long wait times for everything). Once started on a Monday, the great crew worked long hours to complete most all of the job in four days. They cleaned up pretty well and the roof looks great. It's unlikely to get rain in the summer in LA but as luck would have it, it poured a few days after they finished and no more leak. Thanks Lior and team!

Efficient, punctual, quality work. We had been looking around for a couple weeks to have our roof fixed. There was damage done to the fascia and shingles running along two sides, and we were open to having all the shingles replaced because of the age of the roof.
