SLM General Contractors has replaced two roofs for us as well as several smaller interior remodeling /painting jobs. Mr. Maldonado and his team worked with the insurance adjuster, obtaining an agreement on the damage and cost; secured the work permit from the city and the final inspection by the city to confirm work met the city code. When the roof was completed, Mr. Maldonado gave us a professional booklet containing a copy of all the documents and warranty. During all the jobs Mr, Maldonado kept in touch. He spent time addressing any questions or issues, never appearing to be rushed. We appreciated that all the employees wore shirts monogrammed with the company logo.

Just met w/ Sergio and his crew for the second time. They came back out to my home and delivered an incredibly detailed supplemental report for my insurance company, which they paid for on my roof, free of charge and without any commitment on my end. They took the time to take measurements for my patio and explain each and every line item including how their profit is calculated to the cent. They are also taking the time to inquire about permits in person with the city, all the while informing me that I was under no obligation. I've never seen such an upfront and absolutely no pressure contractor willing to devote so much of their own time while requiring nothing in return. Pleasant, Friendly, Professional, and honest to a fault is the best way to describe them. I've never had the pleasure of dealing with a general Contracting company quite like these guys.
