During our estimate, a free estimate, Tod came out to our property and did what looked to be a great investigation of our roof. He told me, directly, that he did not offer financing - BUT WOULD if we wanted him to. When the estimate came in the mail, like he said it would, we accepted. We also then asked about the financing options. Tod called back directly, leaving me a voicemail, saying that he did NOT offer financing. So I called back in again, and asked exactly what was going on. They contacted Tod, and Tod called me again. This time, Tod was less than professional and was angrily yelling, very loudly, that he did never say he offered financing (Even though he spoke to me directly during the initial inspection saying that he would do so should we need it). His behavior is, in my humble opinion, what would be considered by most to be completely unprofessional, untruthful, and shameful. Deeply shameful. I have no reason to be dishonest about anything said here, and I consider that Tod may, on a whim, suffer from amnesia regarding the smaller details to draw in customers. However, as I said, that is only a personal theory. Be very mindful of Tod from Skylines Roofing, and hold him to his word if you can. I was not able to.

I had a new roof put on last year. I give them 5out of 5 stars. The owner was always very professional, courteous and on time. His employees were great always had smiles on there faces and we're happy to answer all my questions so that I can understand what they were saying. Anybody who needs a new roof I recommend they use skyline roofing if they want a quality job and a good price

I wouldn't allow this company to touch my roof and this review has nothing to do about their roofing. I was driving in Modesto when I pulled along a Skylines Roofing pick up in the left turn lane at Briggsmore and Oakdale Rd on a busy traffic morning. Light was red, but that didn't stop the Skylines driver from hesitating about 5 seconds and then turning left on a solid red light. If they are willing to danger your lives with poor driving, they will certainly take short cuts on your roof!

Beware.....we had a new roof installed and three years later it leaked. After 3 attempts fixing it by Skylines(Tom), over a 2 year period,it still leaks.Come to find out, Tom never replaced the old cricket part and that is what is leaking. Tom told us we only had a 1 yr warranty, after acting like he would honor fixing it for the last two years. He kept telling us he would come and fix it and we kept having to call and chase him down. He would just put goop on it every time and say he would be back. But since his globs of goop attempts did not work over the last two yrs, he now wants to charge us to fix it correctly , as it should have been done from the beginning. His response is that he did not charge us for the new cricket part, but we only received one estimate from him, as if we were getting an all NEW roof. We had another contractor give us an estimate of $1,700 to fix it correctly, and that is if no rot damage from the last two years of leaking. And , we found out from new contractor that even though your contract states 1 yr warranty, the Board of Contractors gives you a 4 year timeline. Apparently, we were being stalled to go over that timeline of turning it in to the Board.
