I highly recommend Skylight Pros, Inc. Kevin Lightcap was very knowledgeable and responsive. He provided a lot of options to replace our four old skylights. He was honest and took the time to talk about what the right value replacements would be and the benefits of each. This was all during Covid-19 and all through the process he communicated what our timing would be, which wasn't delayed at all. The only trouble we had was the roofers weren't done when he delivered the skylights but he was very flexible and came out the next week when everything was completed. His crew were awesome. Jordan was super sweet and very good at getting the job done and answering all my questions. I am so glad I picked Skylight Pros, Inc over the three other bids I got. They did a great job.

This is a terrific outfit. Kevin, the owner, is knowledgeable, honest and polite to everyone. Jordan and Casey were great. Ours was a pretty big job (5 skylights that open and have blinds with associated roof changes) and everything was done exactly as promised and looks fantastic. I highly recommend these guys.

Skylight Pros came out to my house for what I thought what a skylight leak... ended up being a roof replacement that was needed, but I was really grateful to Kevin for showing up (and pretty quickly too!) and being so helpful and easy to work with. While I am glad that I don't also have to replace my skylights, if I ever have a problem with them, Kevin is the person I am going to call, without question!!

Quite honestly, Kevin is the best contractor I've worked with in, probably, 5 years. Honest, thorough, conscientious. When I initially contacted them, they said they were about 3 weeks out on coming out which was fine, though I asked if it were at all possible to do before end of year, I'd appreciate it. Randomly, on a Saturday afternoon Kevin called to say he was in the area and could stop by ... In the end, all he needed to do was fix the turn handle on an existing skylight, and then he did a fabulous job cleaning the entire skylight area, including getting the screen out which is a bear. Kevin explained he's been installing skylights for a long time and knows all the ins and outs. SOOO refreshing. I would highly recommend Kevin and his company.

The skylight looks stunning and it has improved our quality of life since it's bringing light to our living space that was like a cave. It's very rare these days to find hardworking professionals that deliver. Everything was left impeccably clean.

Kevin, Jordan, Kevin and their team did an awesome job installing 5 solar powered skylights for me. The Velux product they installed for me is very elegant and so far works great. It can be controlled via a manual switch and also by apps/ WiFi.
The team removed 5 old skylights, installed new ones in coordination with tile replacement with an excellent roofing team referred by Kevin. In addition to the skylights, the team repaired the drywall that was damaged during the removal of the old products and also was super helpful in the installation of some data cables that I thought would be best to install when the roof was off. The team went above and beyond what I asked for. I was also very impressed with their cleanliness and cleanup after the job was completed.

Kevin and Jordan installed a skylight above our living room in our 900 sq. ft. condo. They were prompt, professional, and very fast working in their 9 AM to 2 PM working hours of the 3-day job. They took special care in covering the furniture. The $3,100 cost was a bargain for the quality of their work.

Kevin was professional, punctual, completed everything when he said he would and how he said he would in addition to being very respectful of our home and property.
