We are very pleased with the work Skylight Pros did for us. We had two skylights in our kitchen that needed to be replaced and after researching reviews on Yelp and the BBB called Skylight Pros. Busy, they told us when they could check out our job, and they were good to their word on the timing to get back to us. Kevin Lightcap came out, reviewed what we needed and gave us a fair and reasonable quote for the job, we signed the contract and the skylights were ordered. Within the timeframe promised the skylights were delivered and installed. Kevin distinguished himself with his attention to detail to ensure we got the best product and quality installation and we couldn't be happier!

We recently had 2 older skylights replaced by Kevin and his crew, and the entire experience from start to finish was pleasant.

Kevin (the owner) came and did a thorough examination and gave us a quote that day. He gave us a lot of advice, and recommendations, even when he could have made extra money (for getting an installed/remote shade), he gave us options and told us different things we could do to save money. You can tell he isn't money hungry at all, he truly cares about his clients and making sure their needs are met.

When it came time to install, the two guys that worked for him were phenomenal. They respected the fact that I don't wear shoes in my house, and either put on booties or took their shoes off (not while working on the skylights, of course, for safety). They were kind and professional. They made sure everything was clean when they left, from the mess of taking out the old skylights.

I will recommend Skylight Pros to everyone!

I did NOT have the opportunity to use Skylight Pros services, to my dismay. Kevin went to the property and determined that it wasn't a skylight at all! He explained to me the situation, gave me a referral of who he's worked with in the past on these things, told me to use his name so I get the better price, and then bid me farewell and a blessed day! Are you kidding me?! I will shout Skylight Pros from the mountain tops and make sure that anyone who needs skylight service gets Kevin's name and number! What a delight to work with someone who actually cares that the job gets done and done right, whether or not he's the person to do it or not. What customer service! I have added Kevin and Skylight Pros to our workers list and we will be using his services...even if I have to add a skylight to my own home we're gonna use his business because he is amazing!

Really superb work. Results are terrific. The Skylight Pros were very careful and precise with their work. Putting in a skylight is like a mini remodel with all associated dust, paint, etc. However, Skylight Pros were extremely diligent at keeping the effects to a minimum and cleaning thoroughly each day. I highly recommend them!
