We hired SkyDeck to remove and replace a wooden deck at the back of our home. He came highly recommended by a close family friend that had used him to replace their deck. Oscar arrived on time, reviewed the scope of work, and discussed our options. Within two days we had bids in our email for cedar as well as composite decking. Comparing SkyDeck bids against the others, and checking other reviews, we went with Oscar and his crew. The tear out was fast and efficient, and the new composite deck completed on time. Our backyard is beautiful again and gone are the days of having to reseal the cedar every year. We hired Oscar Calderon and his team from SkyDeck Roofing and Construction to remove a wood rotted beam supporting our large deck overlooking a hill side in Lakeway, TX built in the 1980's. After an initial examination and reasonable estimate, the work began about a week later, weather permitting. This did not require a building permit since the Lakeway Building Inspector deemed it a replacement project. The crew was on time, efficient and braced the decking and extracted the rotted beam then installed the replacement, removed debris and cleaned the area. This replacement was better than the original and was done according to the updated construction codes. The project was completed in one day. We highly recommend this small local company.
