I would recommend working with Jimmy and Skyblue. They replaced the entire back siding of our 3 story building, including removing and installing an attached fire escape. After moving into our new house, we noticed a section of siding at the back that had been covered in vinyl was starting to warp pretty badly.

I contacted SkyBlue Builders, and Jimmy was quick to respond - he asked for some photos of the area and was able to give me a quote based on these that was very reasonable. I had some other contractors tell me it would be very expensive and require scaffolding, even though it was only a 50 sq ft section. Jimmy, however, was no nonsense and stated it would be one day job and they could do it with ladders.

He came round to double check on the measurements and location of the work, and was able to schedule his team to come round a few days later. Sure enough, they quickly removed the old siding and installed new pressure-treated pine siding of the same style. I provided the paint to match the rest of the exterior, and they did a great job in caulking, finishing and painting everything.

By the middle of the afternoon, they were finished and it looked great! It was a seamless experience, and I'd highly recommend Jimmy and his team if you need your siding repaired.
