Any large or small-scale project may experience its fair share of challenges and/or setbacks. This can be expected. However, the true tell is how and if challenges are managed and overcome, which will ultimately define you.

That being said, I have always been on the fence about adding solar and, with multiple companies visiting my property to assess if my home would be the right candidate for Solar. Having a very large pine tree and the long-term financial commitment were the main concerns. However, with the LADWP costs increasing year over year and, homeowners powerless to stop it, producing our energy and getting ""off the grid"" and away from the increasingly financial chokehold of LADWP has increasingly become a necessity. We simply had to find a way to mitigate costs in addition to less energy consumption. Art Matinyan, a family friend recently became associated with Sky Solar Pro. Since we trusted Art, we put our trust in Sky Solar Pro and I am happy to say that I did not regret this decision.
As mentioned, we had our fair share of setbacks, which I am happy to review that the team at Sky Solar Pro, led by Zaven who is the CEO of Sky Solar were professional and set on ensuring that the end-to-end job was done correctly- new roof to placement of solar panels. They went the extra mile in ensuring that everything was done correctly, with no leaks from the recent downpour of rain, and, panels are placed in the right areas to ensure optimal sun rays are captured to the quoted kilowatts since my very large tree was creating added shade. Zaven found a way to make it all work that other solar companies could not.
Zaven came out to my property multiple times, coordinating with the roofers and the solar techs. He was persistent in following up with me to ensure that everything was done to my satisfaction. My family and I are happy with the new roof and my wife and I look forward to the energy cost savings. I would recommend Sky Solar Pro. Sky Solar also has a 25-year guarantee on the roof, panels, and labor. Take back the ""power"" and stop paying for high-cost energy! When the power goes out in the heat of the summer due to what will be increasing brownouts I won't be sitting in my house sweating. My AC will be on all day long!
