I reached out on yelp for roof repair/replacement and had received several quotes from different companies. Sky shield roofing was one of the many companies that reached out to me. Jesse, the owner, was very knowledgeable, patient, transparent, and easy to talk to when I described the project and what other companies had tried to sell me on. He was able to provide information on current popular industry materials and methods for my project and also provide me with a fair price.

The day of the re-roofing was painless and they got it all done within the day. The new roof looks great and already gone through a couple rainy days without any issues. They provide a great labor warranty so it shows that they stand by their workmanship. The process was made simple and straightforward. Thanks Jesse and Team.

I had two quotes before Sky Shield and they both used drones to look at my roof vs going up investigate the real problem of our leaks.

Our roof was redone less than ten years ago but we noticed some moisture during the rains. I called two other companies and they both said I needed to seal the roof which would've cost me thousands of dollars.

Sky Shield came out, and went up the roof to find the source of the leaks and got it done the following week. Communication was very effective and they were done in no time. Saved us thousands of dollars with no stress and provided before and after photos. Hard to find honest people but we really appreciated the extra care that went into to the initial investigation vs just taking the shortcut to charge more.

Quick response, much quicker than my overdue review! Jesse's quote was better than other companies and he never increased the price once the work was started. His crew took off 4 layers of old roofing and installed new roof in under 2 days. They cleaned up and completed the work right before the rain. Reasonable and fairly accurate time- line during a rainy season. Will definitely call him for my next project!

We had the pleasure of working with Sky Shield Roofing recently and could not agree more with all the 5 star reviews! I sent out a bunch of requests for estimates on yelp and Sky Shield just stood out right away. From their quick response to how helpful, transparent and professional they were from start to end. Jesse handled every conversation and issue that we came across in a way that made this process less stressful. The job was to replace the roof for my in-laws rental property. We got a few quotes but Jesse just made us feel super at ease and was honest and very understanding. The tenants are very private and we did not want to keep sending roofers to the property just to give us an estimate. Jesse understood and gave us an estimate by using Google Earth. We have a management company who he had to go through to contact the tenants, and he not only had to deal with them, but also with difficult tenants who were simply upset. This is understandable, of course, but not easy by any means. Jesse and his team handled everything with grace and professionalism. Prior to starting the job we asked him if he could remove a solar pool heater from the old roof which he technically could have declined but not only did he agree to do it for us he also said he would throw it away for us. Unfortunately in the process of doing that it created a plumbing issue which his foreman went above and beyond to fix quickly so we didn't have to worry. The job was completed in an incredible time frame and Jesse was awesome the entire process. He was super helpful, knowledgeable, diligent, communicative, fair and honest which is hard to come by these days. So if you are looking for a roofing company, don't hesitate to reach out to them. We will be forever grateful to him and his team for their hard work and professionalism. The new roof looks awesome and we couldn't be more at ease knowing that it won't be an issue for my in-laws or their tenants anymore. The communication throughout the process was EXCELLENT! I never had to guess where we were in the process and what would take place next.
The cost of the job did not change, even though some of the roof tiles that were removed had to be replaced.
The level of service I received from Sky Shield raised the bar for the service I would hope to receive from other contractors.

I had a leaking skylight in my garage and I reached out to several roofing companies to get quotes. Jesse got back to me quickly and was flexible and accommodating, since my house is a rental property and I needed to coordinate a time with my tenants. I received a detailed quote with a couple of different options for fixes with pictures and explanations of the work needed to repair or replace the roof. I chose to replace the roof, since a repair seemed like it was a cheaper fix but just a band aid. Jesse kept me informed throughout the process and his team finished the work quickly and efficiently. Such a pleasure to work with and would recommend to anyone who has roofing needs. He even followed up with me after some heavy rains to confirm that there were no leaks or issues with the new roof, which of course there were not. Highly highly recommend!
