Skylight Roofing replaced our roof shingles after hurricane Ian. Later we noticed an area of the roof that was irregular with lateral ridges across an area of the roof. Skylight came out and took samples sending them to Owen's Corning. Owen's Corning determined it may be the underlayment and reimbursed the cost of the material. Skylight returned on a Saturday and repaired the area with no additional cost to us. We are thankful for the repair. Skylight workers have ALWAYS been friendly and professional.

negative stars for this company. they did not place the shingles flat, they stick up and look HORRIBLE, they take no responsibility. we have been trying to sell our home and 3 buyers have backed out because of the roof. so upset, they are worthless, reporting them to the state and better business bureau.

My home is now beautiful because of the guys at skylight roofing. Especially my salesman Ricardo... these days it's so hard to trust anyone no less contractors... Ricardo went above and beyond and was there from the beginning to the end. If I had any questions or concerns it was handled immediately. I consider Ricardo and the whole team at skylight roofing not only experts in roofing and screen enclosures but a company I would refer to anyone. The attention to detail was second to none... I would not recommend, there were fast took down old roof and put up new in 2 days. Sloopy work, roofing nails were left everywhere. We had solar panel for hot water they could not figure out how to take down and put up, ended up short circuiting my hot hot water water which I had to replace. The sales rep said they would work with the insurance company and there would be no other cost but the deductible. Than after the job they tried to get me to pay an extra $800.00 for so called wood replacement, never talked to supervisor, never seen pics til 4 months later....should have been notified. I recommend going with someone ele

Skylight roofing was amazing! We got three different quotes from different roofers and skylight roofing gave us the best price and the best warranty. We also had a skylight that needed to be replaced and they included that as well. Rick was so informative and very professional when he came over to give me a quote. He was honest and answered all my questions and concerns. Going forward, the process went extremely smooth. We had a deadline to meet because our insurance policy was being renewed soon and we needed the new roof first. They got the permits to do the roof in 5 days and started the following Tuesday. They did our whole 2100 sqft home in a single day. They were effienct and productive. The roof looks amazing! Afterwards, Rick came the next day and scanned the property to make sure everything was cleaned up and back together. They are great company and I would recommend them to anyone!

Before contract this company, don't sign nothing and compare the estimated with two or three diferent company at least. Skylight Roofing charge me almost the doubble amount compare with other two good company and the same shingle material. I couldn't do nothing because I had signed and was too late to change my mind.
I gave to Skylight Roofing a check for $14,000.00 thousands that my insurance company give me to change the roof but Skylight Roofing never began to work because I din't have the deductible ready, but they got that check already to begin and other company gave me an estimated for change the whole roof for $15,000.00 but Skylight Roofing asked for $27,000.00.

So I never contract that company again.

this place is showing me the wrong behavior, called them to do a small and Ive gotten the run around. two men on site within the last two weeks and no one work is done and no one bothers to return a call or communicate next steps. if I had a bigger job, this place 100% doesnt get my money. thanks for the run around and lack of care.

During Hurricane Ian, we lost one shingle. A cap at the very end of one portion of a gable. It took repeated calls but finally, a response. An individual came out and inspected the roof and stated that the roof is in ""great shape"" with the exception of one missing shingle. The individual stated he would get a quote for the repair. A week later I had to text and remind the individual and a call from the office was answered. The quote was 950.00 to repair one shingle. I was shocked. I used Sky Light after Irma and had some missing shingles and a few caps missing from what I was told. They charged me 750.00 at the time. Now it's 950.00 for one shingle? Needless to say that I dropped them and will not do business with them in the future. BTW, I was told that that quote came from the owner. Shout out to Peet Roofing for taking care of it and saving me 950.00 in the process. My business now goes to Peet Roofing! #Pricegouging

We hired Skylight Roofing in November 2021 to replace our Roof. Their Rep came out to our house and we explained and showed him that we had a major leak in our Dining Room and this was the reason we were going to spend 14,000.00 on a new roof. The Rep assured us that the new roof would take care of this problem.

In January of 2022, we had a heavy rain and the water came through our Dining room once again. We called SkyLight and asked them to come out and address this issue. They sent someone out to access the damage and they would get back to us. A few days later, we received a call telling us that this was not their problem to fix and that there was a possibility that the water was coming in from our Fireplace Chimney and if we wanted them to fix it, there would be a $4,300 charge.

We had many Roofing companies give us estimates but we had the trust and confidence in SkyLight that they would do a good job in replacing our roof.

If they were as thorough and knowledgeable as they claimed to be, then when they came out to give us our estimate, then it would and should have been their responsibiity to inform us there were other issues that could be causing the leak in the Dining Room and we would have been given the opportunity to decide whether we should go ahead and spend $14,000.00 on a new roof at this time.

Our Rep was clearly only interested in us signing on the dotted line to finalize the new roof.

We definitely would not recommend Skylight Roofing to fix anyone's roof.
