Beware of these guys. After seeing a coupon for $28.95 to clean entire house air ducks in the weekly coupon book. I called them to make an apt to clean my air ducks and they gave me a time frame but they were late like two hours (not cool as my husband was waiting to leave for work). Once the employee came to the house he said, ""Oh not really worth it to clean them you need a new AC."" He also went on to say that he can remodel our entire house and started talking about upgrades. Um, ya we didn't call you to get your opinion on our house, we called you simply to get our air ducks cleaned. Big waste of time and scam trying to sell you services we didn't inquire about.

Sky air removed asbestos, cleaned all air ducts, did full rat proofing with 10 year warranty and put new insulation in my attic. I am not sure on the quality of their job, as I have started to see rat poop in my attic after exactly one year. When I called them to honor their warranty now they are asking for $750 to do the same. I don't think its fair for them to ask me money for something that they missed out on. Stay away.

Thought I needed some duct work and called Sky Air. They were able to come out quickly and give me an estimate. As it turns out I decided not to get any work done but was more than pleased with their prompt response and friendly manner, Israel was great.

A total ripoff. Charged $29.99 for ""an inspection"". Was supposed to clean vents and were full of excuses why they could do nothing. I would give no stars if that was the least I could give so instead I went with one star.

I had Sky Air install a new carrier AC and heater at my home. They were very reasonable and the job got done in a timely matter. They worked very cleanly and covered the carpet. I am very pleased.

Bought a groupon with this company and the guy who showed up wouldn't honor it. Saying my ducts were beyond the basic cleaning and attempted to charge me 7 times the amount of the groupon. It was a waste of my time, I took off a few hours from work for this appointment!
After my disappointment I called 3 other air duct cleaning services and ALL of them were half the price he quoted me and without any fine print.

Telemarketers who do not give up even when you tell them one is on a Do Not Call List. Mission statement says they have been in business for a decade--then it states it started in 2013. With reasoning like this I would rather have my house filled with bad toxins than use their services

Horrible experience with Sky Air. They did NOT show up the entire day for which I had the service scheduled! I had purchased a Groupon and called to scheduled Sky Air to come to my house to clean my air ducts a week prior to the service date. They scheduled me for at 9am, ""the first appointment"" according to the very nice gentleman on the phone I talked to. When I called them at 10:00am on the service date as to why they hadn't shown up yet, ""Richard"" on the phone said ""oh your 'window' was actually 9-11am"". Fine, I asked what time should I expect them? Richard: ""oh well they're in training now, so maybe closer to 11am"". I called back at 11:30am when they hadn't arrived yet and Richard asked if I could move my appointment to the afternoon, which I couldn't because I had carpet cleaners coming between 1-3pm. He said they could get there in 45 minutes. Again, I called back when no one showed up and Richard said they were on their way. NO ONE SHOWED UP! Called again at 3:30pm and left message. Called AGAIN at 5:30pm and finally got a hold of Richard. He said their guy ""messed up"" and he ""reemed him"" for not showing up. Absolutely unacceptable service and when I asked him how he was going to make it up to me, he couldn't give me ANY answer! They are unreliable and dishonest. If you messed up on the scheduling, don't lie about ""training"" - just fix it! I took a day off work for this appointment and another one - they can't be trusted to be reliable and actually show up when they say they are going to...terrible terrible service.

Service was good, but ended up costing over 10 times what was quoted when they were coming out just to do a ""cleaning"".. They always say you need something you didn't know about.

We were called by representative as we used this service last year to clean our dryer vent to ask us to have the vent cleaned this year. My neighbor and I have them cleaned at the same time. We were quoted $49 each as we were repeat customers. We reconfirmed this amount with representative and then scheduled our appointment. They called and changed the appointment day and time. They came as scheduled, cleaned neighbors vent and then came here. They cleaned the vent and demanded $120. We repeated- as my neighbor had- that the price was $49 as was quoted by representative. The technician refused $49 and demanded $120. He was then told he could leave with nothing or take a check for the agreed upon $49 so he took the check.
We will never use this service again!
