The good: this company will respond and answer you promptly, they are not the cheapest but also not the most expensive. The managers did appear to be willing to provide good service and for the most part attempted to hold up to their part of the contract.
The bad: they quoted double layer of roofing paper but failed to honor that commitment by only installing a single layer. Unfortunately because in my city an inspection was not required by the city they only refunded the ""material"" but not the labor in the quote. If an inspection was required they would have been forced to do it the right way. The only reason i found out was through looking at pictures their supervisor sent. The supervisor should of caught this and corrected the problem.
If you use this company only do so if you will get a city inspection otherwise they make take shortcuts. I really cannot recommend them and therefore will tell you to go elsewhere.

I am a licensed contractor but I live in Los Angeles and have a rental in FL. In the past it was a challenge to remotely manage any repair or construction work. This was a really good experience, from the very beginning to the end. Since the roof was leaking due to the heavy rain pouring down lately I had to fix it fast. They came out within a couple of days to look at it and price it out, once we agreed on the price and signed the contract they showed up within a couple of days and performed the repair within 2 days. From 1st call to finish it was 1 week. As a CA contractor I really appreciate this fast turnaround. It looks like they did a good job. Now the last test is to see that it doesn't leak :-)
