Yes, it is possible to find a knowledgeable, responsive and honest contractor! We had a MAJOR plumbing issue, and I had two different contractors give two very different recommendations. A friend recommended Sammy, and he came to assess the issue the same day I called. His assessment was spot on, and although the repairs were out of his scope (unfortunately it required a sewer specialist), he quarterbacked the entire process including helping to get permits, etc to get the project done as quickly as possible. I HIGHLY recommend him, and he will be my first call for any future projects.

I went online to find a contractor to help with my ADU. Sammy was the only guy that came by that also owns the company and knew what was needed for the project. He was also the only guy who showed up with a truck and tools. I showed him the plans and he walked me through the details as he reviewed them. It took a little over 3 months and just rented it out. Hes ontime and makes things happen. When sammy says something he stands by his word. No surprise extra charges. Would recommend.

Sammy is amazong!! I found SJZ Construction on google and must say he was the most informative estimate that actually listened to my wants. Hid guys were professional polite cleaned up everyday at tbe end of the day and dis an amazing job. I had them completely remodel the first floor of my home. Kitchen, bathroom, flooring, lighting, paint, and windows. Very smooth process and fair in price. Happy I picked him out of the bunch.

I just bought a house for my family that I knew was a fixer upper. Once we got in, we didn't realize how much work was needed. Sammy worked with us on our needs, told us what was necessary, and what was vanity, and kept everything within budget. He did a fantastic job fixing our leaky roof, replacing windows, and remodeled our kitchen and bathrooms. Everything got fast and he really helped us find materials within our budget, including modern amenities and finishing touches. Sammy's attention to detail and expertise were unparalleled. Him and his team were a pleasure to work with and I will definitely hire them for any future home needs.

Sammy is the most fair, honest and straightforward contractor I have ever met. I had 5 estimates come to my house and tell me different ideas about how my kitchen should be. Sammy came in and was the only one that actually listened to my wants and concerns. Price wise he was in the middle toward to higher side but I think it was worth it. Communication was very on point as I knew who was coming when. In the end the kitchen was exactly as I wanted. He made it easy. Would definitely recommend him!!

Came out when he said they would. I realized the job was bigger than anticipated. Updated one of the bathrooms. Replaced my patio cover with a new one. Lots of painting. Repairs. All the kind of stuff one neglects after living in a home for as long as I have. And of course, I'm doing this to get the house ready to sell. Looks awesome.
