Established for over 25 years, SJ Company is committed to excellence. My grandfather, Carl Leslie, started this company and was involved until he passed away in 2005. I, Justin Spence, entered the business as a teenager, learning the trade from the ground up. In 1990, our family welcomed Buddy Rhodes into the company. We may be a small family operation, but we are proud of our returning clients, some of whom we initially met with a handshake. Our clients range from local shopping centers and school districts to real estate managers, Stanislaus County, hospitals, and private homeowners. Numerous repeat clients are nearing their third roofing warranty. In the Central Valley, we stand out as one of the few contractors applying cold process roofing and sealing metal roofs. We are committed to using the Western Colloid roofing system exclusively. SJ Company guarantees a ten-year warranty on all labor and materials. After the ten-year warranty period, we will come back to provide a renewal option for an additional ten years at a lower cost. The renewal includes cleaning, patching where required, applying 5 gallons of Western Colloid emulsion per square, and spraying 2 gallons of silver white per square. This renewal is available at about one-third of the original cost. This represents significant savings for you.
