For more than 25 years, SJ Company has been dedicated to quality service. Founded by my grandfather, Carl Leslie, he remained active in the business until his passing in 2005. As a high school student, I, Justin Spence, started working with my grandfather, building my skills from the foundation. In 1990, our family welcomed Buddy Rhodes into the company. Though we are a small family-run business, we take pride in our loyal clients, some of whom we met with a simple handshake. Our clientele includes local shopping centers, school districts, real estate managers, Stanislaus County, hospitals, and private homeowners. Several of our loyal clients are on the verge of their third roof warranty renewal. We are among the few roofing contractors in the Central Valley that utilize a cold process for roofing and seal metal roofs. Our team exclusively uses the Western Colloid roofing system. We provide a ten-year warranty on both labor and materials. When the ten-year warranty ends, we will revisit to offer a renewal for another decade at a reduced price. Our renewal process involves cleaning, necessary patching, applying 5 gallons of Western Colloid emulsion per square, and spraying 2 gallons of silver white per square. We offer this renewal at approximately one-third of the initial price. This provides substantial savings for our clients.
