Hossain K.STAY AWAY!!! JORDAN is a SCAM!!! Terrible company, terrible contractor. Completely scammed.
A simple fun to stand tower conversion which Should only take 3-4 days. And here I am at the end of June with disastrous half tile work which needs to be completely redone. Yikes are not aligned. There are gaps everywhere. Floor is not aligned. Drainage is not proper place. Tiles make cracking hollow noise. Tiles are sticking out. Jordan and his contractor Glen don't pick up my calls or texts for days. For days they don't show up for work and when show up it's always late in the afternoon or night. Work late night at someone's house with family. This was supposed to be done during office hours which they never did. And the quality of poor work is unimaginable. Two separate contractors looked at the work and couldn't believe it. My family went through traumatic experience. The lack of professionalism on Jordan part is beyond me. I can keep going on and on but I don't want to.
I hired another contractor and in 3 days they completely finished the job. Jordan's tile work I had to completely demolish
Took my money for materials including door. Never brought the door and didn't refund me my door money.
STAY AWAY!!!
