We asked Leo to help us with our gutters this year and he was able to fit us in the same day because another job had canceled on him. We were so lucky! He saw some seals on our roof pipes that were already starting to flake apart and was able to take care of them with a quick trip to Home Depot for some materials. All for a very reasonable price. Super friendly, polite, and is experienced with all sorts of repair work. We've already asked him for a quote for our back fence!

Man, I wish I had found this company before moving. I was getting my Roseville house ready to sell and discovered an issue with one of the ceiling joists. I cried at what some contractors wanted to charge to fix it - well over $10,000 (which I did not have). I found Sinabro on Yelp and called them. He went out to look at the house and gave me a very professional, detailed, itemized estimate. I was already out of state at this point so hiring someone from so far away was terrifying but I liked how professional he was and his price seemed fair so I booked them. He went out, took before, during, and after pics that he sent me as he worked then showed me the completed project. It looked amazing and was even BELOW the estimated price! Payment was easy even being remote and I was incredibly relieved to have found such a knowledgeable, trustworthy, and awesome contractor. I could not recommend these guys more. They're absolutely extraordinary and you will not regret working with them. Best experience ever!

Leo was such a pleasure to work with. He helped us assemble one of those huge Costco pavilions. We heard from multiple people how difficult they are to assemble, but Leo came out and had it done quickly and cleanly. I noticed just how orderly his worksite was, which is a testament to his craftsmanship and attention to detail, and he even went above and beyond and broke down all the packaging and put it in our recycling containers for us.

Leo has been great to work with! He was quick and prompt responding to my request for quotes for assembly/installation of a Costco gazebo, and the best priced. He reviewed the instructions ahead of time and offered to pick up concrete anchors for us from the store. The day of install, he was on time and worked continuously.
