Richard redid our roof about 20 years in our old house after many others had failed to fix the leaks that they were hired to fix. We would think it was fixed and voila, the next rains proved us wrong. We went through a lot of roofers only to find that each time it rained, the same leaks returned. It went on like that for years. I do not remember how we came to find Richard but he convinced us that he would solve the problem for good. He is smart. He figured out the cause of the leaks rather than simply patching. When the next rains came, NO LEAKS!!! I swear, we celebrated. We never had another problem. I have told anyone who asks for a roofer to only use Richard. No one else can possibly be counted on like him. When you find a roofer that solves problems, you stick with him.

About 10 years ago we had another leak in our new house and I would not have trusted anyone else. We were so happy to see he was still in business. He came out and worked his magic again! Every time it rained, I secretly thank Richard. I never yelped him before but now that we just found another leak in a different part of our house, it is time to call him again. Richard, HELP!!!
