I hired Patrick Hooper, the owner of Silver Star Construction to pour a large concrete RV pad next to my workshop. I specified that I needed the slab to be sloped away from the shop and that it needed to be a minimum of 4"" thick. Mr. Hooper sub-contracted the work out to a sub-standard concrete crew that did a horrible job. It was only 3"" thick and it was sloped towards my shop. It now floods out every time it rains. Mr. Hooper will not fix the issue, he blames the concrete crew he hired. I didn't hire the crew, he did. I paid him $8200 for concrete that will now have to be torn out and replaced. Unethical business to say the least.
