It saddens me to write this because I feel, at one time, Silver Creek Exterior & Construction was a good company...perhaps, looking at the date of the reviews, they haven't been one since 2020.

I could post all the communications but that would take way too much time and I don't suspect Colton would like me to. I should have known something was sketchy when my neighbor did not use them the second time they had their roof replaced.

In summary, I would not use, nor recommend, Silver Creek Exterior & Construction ever again.

SCEC did an amazing job on my roof. Colton really knows how to work with the insurance companies and was even able to get my 6 skylights replaced. The workmanship, punctuality, clean up and respect shown was over the top. They did such a better job than the company I used previously. The attention to detail was impressive and many small touches were provided that weren't offered by other companies. Hands down the best experience I have ever had with a roofing company.

We live in Georgetown, TX and you may remember we experienced a record setting hailstorm. Colten Husband and SCEC were already in our neighborhood installing a metal roof on a home. My wife and I were very happy with Colten's professional manner. He was never pushy or rude. Always respectful and helpful. He was always very kind, and always courteous.

We wanted a metal roof to replace our shingles and we worked with him to select the right color and specs. I will tell you that Colten honored every commitment he made. If we we wanted something adjusted, or changed, he made it happen without any hesitation. I can tell you that there are more SCEC signs in our neighborhood than any other roofer, so that in and of itself should tell you something.

I can recommend Colten and SCEC for any future project you have in mind.

Silver Creek Exterior & Construction replace our entire residential roof. Hunter Behrman, the general contractor for the company reviews the work to be done and what we could expect. From the initial meetings with him to the last detail, all work was completed in a very professional manner. Hunter was always available throughout the project to answer questions and provide information, and he worked diligently with our insurance company to make sure the process was seamless. Being retired, I was able to observe every step of the process. The crew showed up on time and performed the job that was agreed upon while protecting the surrounding area around our home. We have a considerable amount of shrubs around the house, so we were depending on them to complete the job without damage. We were highly impressed with the attention to detail with the installation of the roof and gutters, and with cleaning up before leaving our home. The job was completed in two days and the clean-up was impeccable. The outcome was wonderful! Our roof looks amazing!

My new roof is beautiful. My house is almost 20 years old and there was a huge amount of weather damage on the roof. Bonner was in the neighborhood working on my neighbors houses (4 in a row) and inspected my food with me. The whole process was easy, except that my bank wouldn't release the insurance funds!
They installed the roof and then waited over a month for my payments because of the bank (PNC Bank!). They have been nothing but kind and professional! I highly recommend this company. Thank you Colton and Bonner!!

Amazing service and quality.

I was selling my house and the Inspector noted and buyer wanted the roof replaced.
$&@#!! Who has an extra $10k?!
Colten, who was recommended from the buyers Realtor, referred SCEC.
Colten Inspected my roof and helped work with my insurance. Heck, he was even there when the inspector came.
Colten slam-dunked it!
Not only that, he noted code requirement upgrades too. He worked with the buyer on their color choice, too.
THEN he gets the roof installed within a week, in 1 day, between rainy weather, even before the insurance checks were issued.

Colten came knocking on my door claiming I needed roof repair. After further investigation, I discovered our roof was fine. When I relayed this information to Colten, he then claimed he could ""work the insurance company"" and get me a free roof. I said I wasn't interested and moved on. I felt I needed to report his actions for soliciting insurance fraud door to door to the BBB and warn others to be aware of this so called ""roofing business"" Silver Creek Exterior and Construction.
