Jimmy and his team responded quickly and got our roof fixed the next day after the first visit.

We have a leak at the roof valley. It is caused by an unideal gutter position. I preferred to keep the scope small and avoid big changes to the roof. They made the customized piece to guide the water flow and seal the leaks. They sealed the leak in the valley too.

Our neighbor had recommended them and this is the 2nd time that they've helped us. Last year they helped us fix a leaking roof, and this time was to replace a few broken tiles, in another section of the roof.
They came within hours of my call: they investigated, bought replacement tiles (with a few to spare for next time) and fixed the situation within 24 hours, over a weekend nonetheless.
Since this was Covid times, we stayed away while they worked, and they were in constant communication throughout the process.

I called Jimmy about a small leak around 8am in a bathroom. He showed up with his team within just a few hours the very same day. He quickly diagnosed the problem I had called about and also found significant water buildup and cracks that needed to be sealed over an entirely different part of the roof. With more rain, there would have definitely been more leaks and significant water damage to deal with. Jimmy and his team saved me from a much bigger problem. Jimmy helped repair our roof in the rainy Thanksgiving weekend, and save our day!

This year's rain season started with strong wind, and our chimney arrestor got blowed off the roof. We felt so helpless when we waked up in Sunday morning to find it in the yard, with the heavy rain outside. We felt so relief when Jimmy answered our phone call, quickly diagnosed the issue (we did not know it was a chimney arrestor until Jimmy told us actually), and promised to send someone the help immediately. The gentleman showed up in one hour and fixed the issue professionally, clean the gutter, and did a through walked through over the roof.

Jimmy and the team save our holiday and we can now finally have a peaceful mind for the rain season.

We got a leaking roof and were looking for some reasonable roof contractor to fix the issue. Fortunately, Jimmy answered his phone on a rainy day right before Thanksgiving and although was fully booked, he managed to come and check out my roof which was leaking. They started working on the issue right away and fixed the issue in a couple of hours. It has been still raining and no more issue.

Jimmy repaired my roof but it continued to leak. He came back twice to repair it again but it still leaked.

At this point, I'd lost confidence in Jimmy's ability to fix it at all. I called another roofer and they repaired it first try. They were understandably critical of Jimmy's work.

I called and texted Jimmy asking for a refund but after two weeks he just hasn't replied.

Jimmy took my $750 and never managed to repair my roof.
