We just had our roof replaced by Signature Roofing and we couldn't be happier. Kevin and his crew were amazing. They showed up on time and left the property spotless when they left for the day. As for the roof, it looks beautiful and we love it. An additional plus is the new ""cool roof"" shingles which reduce the temperature inside by a noticeable amount and should reduce our electric bill. Kevin is an honest guy and one of the best contractors I have worked with. If you are looking for a new roof be sure to give Signature Roofing a call.

I recently had a tear off, roof replacement and gutters installed by Kevin and his team at Signature Roofing. Several of my neighbors have also had their roof replaced by Signature Roofing and I can say I'm another happy customer.
Kevin and his crew showed up on time and as expected. I was informed and shown any/all dry rot issues and made decisions for corrections. Since Kevin also has a Class B Contractors license, I asked him to do some additional work on my garage (which wasn't originally discussed at the time of estimate) and Kevin gladly worked this into the re-roof schedule.

We had our roof done by Kevin and his team last summer. Looking back on the whole experienced, I am extremely happy with the product and service. Everything was done with careful thought and done well. Kevin was patient, knowledgeable, and affordable. We got a few quotes at the time and Kevin came in at the middle, but seemed much more reputable than the lower estimate. His crew was professional and cleaned up after themselves. I recently had a skylight replaced and was very happy with the customer service and the ease of the project. When I learned that my skylight was leaking, I called around to various businesses to see about an estimate. Kevin was the only one with a friendly greeting and who schedule a time for an estimate the next day. He provided me with recommendations on the type of material I could choose from and gave me a reasonable price. Since it was a custom-made piece, it took a few weeks for the manufacturer to fabricate, but I received a call this this past Monday that it was ready for installation. Again, the scheduling was easy - he came in the morning to install without a fuss while I was at work. I came home for lunch and my house was so bright. He had recommended the Triple Glazed Sun Optics because it would create a brighter effect and he was right!

Home projects can be daunting and finding great customer service combined with quality is rare. I only wish I had met Kevin a year ago when I was having my roof replaced!

We were referred to them by a friend who has worked with them numerous times. We had a smaller repair on roof needed. Well we had an apointment so I picked up projects I was working on so it was not cluttered and they could have access. Well 15 minutes past the apponitment without a call we began to wonder if they were coming. After 30 minutes with no contact I called and got voice mail. After an hour past their appointment I called the voice mail again and said don't bother showing up. How can you trust them to fix your house if they do not even call you to tell you they are running late or even coming at all? I have worked in the collision repair industry where things were screwed up occasionally and I always made the call to inform or apologize if needed. I cannot speculate what happened on their side but they let us down big time.

This review is a long time coming. We had signature roofing repair some dry rot and roof so we could sell our house. The roof itself actually looks great. So why the 2 stars you may ask.

1. Per pest inspection on our house they did not in fact repair all the dry rot on our house as expected.

2. The price for the repair the dry rot was very expensive and about 5 times larger than our other quotes. They wouldnt quote us just gave us an hourly rate. According to the charge the spent more time replacing dry rot than actually adding the roof to the house.

3. one of their workers misstepped and caused minor damage in our office. By the time my husband noticed he decided to just fix it himself.

4. Lastly we agreed to add the gutters after the painters painted the house. They however forgot this and we were charged extra by our painters because of it.

Overall we wouldnt use them again. But like I said the roof itself looks nice so maybe if you did not need dry rot repaired as well you wouldnt have the same issues we had. The owners are also very friendly.
