My 88 y.o. mother-in-law had a leak near her stove vent. Another company told her the entire roof needed to be replaced because it was old and failing. We called Signature and they came out to give us a FREE quote (many roofers are now charging for the quote). PJ told us the roof probably has 3-5 years life left in it and possibly more. He said the leak is most likely at the flashing and seal. That is total HONESTY given that Signature Roofing does not do repair work, they only replace entire roofs. The other guy, not so honorable. PJ saved my mother-in-law well over $20K. When the time comes to replace our roof Signature Roofing will be our one and only call. We saved your number PJ.

I had done my homework and has several bids to install a new roof on my home. During this time of COVID it was especially difficult. From the very beginning I felt the most comfortable with Signature Roofing. PJ took the time to explain all of the steps and what to expect. When it actually came time for the work to be done, I was very lucky to have William updating me constantly on what was being done. They started on Monday and with a threat of rain they worked so hard to have everything complete by late Wednesday afternoon. Kudos to them. They were efficient, clean and from what I can see very skilled. I am very please with my decision to use them.

My contact person was PJ Hudec who reviewed my roofs, 2 separate and answered my questions. He came up with a plan, a cost and a time estimate pending weather delays.
William Cotter was my project contact person and quickly responded to any questions. The project proceeded smoothly and inspection passed without any problems.

Amazing service! Can't say enough good things. Starting with the quote by the salesperson to the completion of the roof Five stars. They started before the scheduled date, due to roof leakage, the roof was installed professionally, proficiently, and very fast. We are so happy that we picked them.

never use this company! they installed the roof on my new home in 2014. during the winter of 2016-2017, my roof started leaking in the garage. i didn't realize that is what was happening until i had real problems the winter of 2018-2019. their insurance company and mine determined that they under layer was short, so they should have to pay for it. they repaired the roof and demanded payment immediately, stating that they had not installed the roof in the first place. he was not nice when demanding payment. my contractor had said that signature was the only roofing company they had used in years. i checked with contractor again and they had installed it.
in december 2019, it was leaking again!! they refused to fix it again. my insurance company checked it out and it was again determined to be faulty work. signature roofing refused to work ion it again since i had gotten upset with them. their man started it when he came to my house and was hateful to me! over a year later i still have a leaky roof and a crappy roof job.
i would give them no stars if possible!

We've hired many contractors over the years. Rarely if ever, do I write reviews on Yelp. However, if you need a new roof Signature Roofing is simply the best in the business. From demolition of the old roof to installation, this team is amazing. William kept me apprised every step of the way. They simply have this down! Plus post installation the property is left spotless. Granted, they are not cheap. But the old adage you get what you pay for applies here. Highly recommend. Just wish other contractors took the same pride in their work.

We researched quite a bit on roofers and saw work done by Mr. George Belden, which was excellently done; not always easy these days. He was quite busy (understandably, given the quality of the work) but we finally were able to schedule our parent's new roof and it was impeccably done. Now, I'm no roofer but my brother, who knows a thing or two about these things, and is very picky, got on top of the roof and gave it a big thumbs up. Oh, and there is a thirty year guarantee!

What can I say, Signature Roofing is fantastic! Great communication before the job, and professional. Worked fast, and cleaned up. Their subcontractors (old roof tear-off, gutter install) were just as good. Did a complete tear-off and new roof in 3 days. I can't recommend them enough.

For me, dependability is important since all my properties are rented and the privacy and safety of my tenants is most important. Signature Roofing cleans up every day they are working leaving no mess for the tenants. The workmen are so courteous you can consider them ""ambassadors"".
