So, had an old roof that needed chimney repairs, some joints fixed, etc. There was a good amount, two days worth of plaster repairs in addition to the regular joints that need correction when doing a 30 year old roof. Even some roof joists and overhangs that needed to be renewed. The guys did a good quick job.
We also had some new vents per their specs added. Had them remove all the old gutters and had them replace and install with leaf covers. There in my issue resides. When they did the gutters, they installed a downspout onto the existing lower level roof. Per the Home Inspector who was pretty damn sharp, never dump a downspout onto an existing or brand new roof as it causes undo wear and other issues. I approached SR and the manager said that they just match what was there. Well, they did the roof correctly, so why install the new gutter system deficiently when they were hired to correct all deficiencies?
The guys are good, including the guy who corrected the gutter downspout issue. Originally, to reinstall a deficiency because that is how it was originally, bummer. Then get charged for it after the home inspector explain it, oh well. It is fyi, do not have a downspout dump to a lower roof!

I can't say enough about Signature Roofing. Over the last two years they have replaced our roof, installed new skylights, attic fan, gutter guards and replaced one downspout. They are professional, prompt, thorough, communicate incredibly well and have great follow up. William is knowledgable and always available to answer any questions. Any any time I mention Signature Roofing to other home owners who have used them, they have the same rave reviews. I wouldn't hesitate to use Signature again.

Just a reminder: they don't do roof with angle smaller than 26 degrees. So just save your time and move on to next one( but not Shelton, westshore....)

The funny thing about those high-profile roofing companies in Bay Area is that they only take easy cases to make quick moneys even though they claimed they are highly skillful and experienced. They all say they are capable all kinds of materials but they, in fact, can only handle asphalt....

After shopping around for someone to do our roof, we found Signature Roofing and were incredibly pleased with this company. Albeit on the pricier side than some other bids, Signature Roofing was incredibly professional, knowledgable and efficient. You can tell they know what they are doing.

They did a great job on our roof. We did a couple of passes on our yard and driveway with a magnet sweeper and caught a lot of nails. My neighbors really appreciated with the fact that Signature Roofing cleaned up their side of the house as well.

We are really happy with the service and recommend Signature to anyone looking for quality service.

Here's the thing about Signature Roofing, they are with you for the long run! It's been almost 10 years since Signature provided us with a great new roof and I was very pleasantly surprised last week when I received an email from George Belden saying they were driving past my house and noticed the flashing around my fireplace had lifted. (I hadn't noticed it.) George asked if it would be OK to send a roofer out to repair it. I agreed and Jose came out and did an excellent repair job at no charge.
This is a great company and I would never hesitate to offer my recommendation to anyone needing a new roof.

We got four bids for our new roof. Two were through friends: one so high they clearly didn't want the business and the other enticing but came with red flags (only available on weekends and limited tolerance or understanding of our local gov't permits). Our experience with Signature Roofing started with an in person meeting that educated us on the ins-and-outs of roofing. We thought, at the very least, we got an education, which we then applied to the other companies. Then, Signature sent us a list of other homes in the area with Signature roofs which we drove by to see... again, at the very least, an education on what we want and don't want. At two of the homes, the residents were outside and we chatted them up. Both had nothing but good things to say about the company and the process, so that was it - we went with Signature. From the out-set, they were honest, professional and followed thru on communications.

Our experience was just as good. They swarmed in to remove the old roof on day 1 and after that, we had a meticulous team that worked on the rest: rebuilding the new roof and leaving the area every evening spotless and without so much as a whisper. We referred to them as ""stealthy"". We are so pleased with the work they did and the end result - the roof (and new gutters) look great.

I approached to Kimberly through Yelp seeking help to unclog a few downspouts. Not sure why Yelp sent my request to him as he only does roofing business. However Kimberly still have me a few referrals for gutter cleaning and downspouts unclogging, I used one of his referrals, KW gutters, and I am happy with the service received, swift, high quality with reasonable price.
