Last week I found this company thru Yelp and I called and talked to Cole. I explained to Cole that I just wanted gutter cleaning. Cole then set me up with a day and time when his people can do the job. A few days later I was surprised when Cole call and told me there was a cancellation of another job and asked if then could come do the job early and I said yes. Evan and Marvin started the gutter cleaning just before lunch and while cleaning Evan told me what was causing the gutter blockage and started to clean. After their lunch break they both came back and completed the job. Evan told me what was cleaned: All gutter and side downpour gutters were cleaned and Evan even told me parts of my gutters would need replaced or repaired, Job complete! Great communication, fair price for the work and masked worn. Great work thank you Signature Rain Gutters highly recommend.

Gus and Cole were awesome to work with in choosing the right gutter for our house. Gus came out in person and suggested a slightly bigger gutter than I had to help with the water flow (great advice). The signature team very responsive and checked in with us to make sure things were going well during the project. Evan and his demo/installation team came out and essentially finished most of the job in one day. Evan returned on day two and completed the finishing touches. We are extremely happy with the copper gutters around the deck, great work. I really appreciate that Even took the time to walk the house with me and review the job. Our property is on a slope so proper drainage is very important. Evan made sure all of our downspouts hooked up to the system that leads to the street.

Working with this company was such a pleasure. Their customer service is so great. Cole was on top of everything including making changes that were necessary. Fast response. Tony & Eve installed my gutters and were so friendly and nice and very knowledgeable. They cleaned up everything before they left. I would highly recommend this company.

Everything occurred according to the agreement. The guys did a great job and finished quickly. They cleaned up after themselves leaving no debris. Very happy with the results and will use them again in the future.

We are so happy with our new copper gutters! Gus came out to look at the project, and Cole gave us an estimate quickly. He let us know that they were booking two weeks out, and we appreciated the clear communication. Gus, Tony, and Eve, showed up when we expected and did an awesome job. After they finished the job, Tony brought me around the entire house to point out each area, which areas were draining where, and made sure I was satisfied with the work. We are not the only ones enjoying the new look, all of the neighbors have commented how great they look. The entire team did a great job and were pleasant to work with. We highly recommend them!

Would definitely recommend them for anything gutter project! They were the first to call back, they first to give a bid, and the best deal. There was a miscommunication and they immediately called me to let me know about it. I've dealt with a lot of businesses where I've gotten the short end of the stick when there have been miscommunications, but Cole was sure to clear everything up and be sure that I didn't get the short end of the stick. It was redeeming to work with a company that has integrity and does the job right!

Highly recommend these guys for gutter cleaning! We recently cleaned our solar panels which were full of bird crap ;) that filled our gutters. Very professional in response to emails and the guys that cleaned the gutters were very friendly and were done within an hour. Gutters are now super clean and we are grateful! Also affordable too!

PEED ON MY PROPERTY. When I walked out to check the work, the main guy was peeing at a corner by the gate on my property. Imagine that. Imagine someone peeing on your property. Do you want to work with someone like that?

Timeline:
10/30/2020. Deposit paid. Agreed to start work on 11/3/2020

11/1/2020: I call them to ask about tomorrow's installation. The guy calls me after a full day to tell me the installation got moved to 11/5/2020

11/5/2020: Two guys show up around 9 AM and start to work. They leave around 4 PM and say they will come back next day at 7 AM to finish up.

11/6/2020: No one comes and no communication

11/9/2020: Two guys arrive around 9:30 AM and they start the work. Said ' there was a little miscommunication' about not showing up on Friday. After about half hour one of the guys say they need to go get some materials. Of the two, only one guy returns. He starts to work. Around 11:30 when I go to my side yard to check, he was in the middle of peeing. He turns around and says 'I am urinating'. I asked 'what?'. He finishes and turns around. I ask him if he would be ok with someone peed on his property. He justified saying yes. I leave a message to the company around 11:45 AM to call me back immediately. No call as of 12:30 PM. I asked the guy to leave my property immediately.

I have had many house projects done over the last 5 years, including a 3 weeks solar roof, 2 full-day sewage pipe repair etc. nothing of this sort happened.

Talked to someone at the company at 1:33 PM. He said sorry but he said he would be fine with someone peeing on his property. This is the kind of people you would be working with.

11/18/2020: The business owners emails essentially saying sorry and they he would like to finish the project or deduct for what is left from final invoice. Keep in mind this is after 9 days of last contact by them. In between we had rain and they were careless about it. They can talk to my lawyer.

Contacted three fairly local companies via their own online contact pages to do some 'fact finding' on new gutters and downspouts. Signature was the ONLY firm to not only acknowledge the email in a timely manner, but CALLED to get my info. That day. No hard sell, Jonathan and I did a Zoom consultation that week and he submitted a proposal the same day. Such a fair price for seamless gutters and great customer service we accepted without even checking with other companies. Excellent selection of materials, styles, colors...we made our choice, set up an install date and was done, from initial consultation to finished install, 3 weeks later...just 6 hours to remove old product and make/install new. Amazing! Just the gutters really transformed our home's curb appeal. Exemplary communication and customer service, install guys were awesome and skilled, quality and look are outstanding. A company I've already recommended to inquiring neighbors.
