Do not hire this company.
A small family business run entirely by the wife, Suzy.
The husband and son, who were very nice, came to look at my roof and then told me to contact Suzy.
Unfortunately Suzy is the stumbling block. She is impossible to deal with.
I placed several calls without a straight answer as to when they would fix the leak in my roof, I called her again.
She yelled at me, saying how busy she is and that she had issues.
Well that is certainly true.
We had spoken a week earlier and she had told me that she had scheduled me in for October 16.
On an earlier call she told me that I was scheduled for the first week of September.
Well, *I was never informed of that* and I told her I could not do that date because I would be of town.
I gave her dates for the week following the 16th and she said she would call me back to confirm.
She never called me back. I called again.
That's when she yelled at me and would not let me get a word in edgewise.

The woman is extremely disorganized and unfriendly.
One time when I called she told me (not in a nice way) that I had not given her a deposit.
She looked through a pile of papers and finally found mine admitting that yes I did give her a deposit.
After 3 months of getting no information from her, she yelled and then declared that she wasn't going to do my job!
Customer service? Zero.
After 3 months of waiting and getting nowhere, of course I'm angry.
Save yourself the aggravation, don't call Sifontes Roofing.

We are a real estate company. I called Susie needing a quote for a tile roof repair. She was so polite and professional. She immediately took down our information and said someone could go out there the next day to look at the job which was a Friday. The quote was emailed to us by Monday. They started and finished the job the same day which was the following week. They sent us before and after photos and the job was done very professional. We will definitely be using them again for future jobs.

These folks are awesome! They are professional and really care about their customers. I would highly recommend them!
