I got a call from amanda and she was fantastic. We set an appointment up and I was waiting for some kind of text messages or confirmation. The individual was coming on that day when he showed up. I asked for a business card. He said he had handed them allbout and then he got angry and said I'm leaving. I didn't see a name on it. Sure. I wanted to know who I was dealing with because you'd never know these days he shouldn't have got angry. They should have had business cards.

I wasn't going to write this review but a series of unwanted phone calls a week later prompted me to share my experience with this company. I wanted to get a quote on a roof repair and I figured that they were local to my area, so i put my info into their web intake form. BIG MISTAKE. I now get calls about home insurance from random sales people, so I'm assuming they sell your data or at least share it with others.

So my actual experience. I scheduled for noon appointment on a Sunday. They called me, made me speak to manager, confirm that my wife (other decision maker) would be present for the appt and then i hung up. Ok, I thought. They want to make sure that they aren't wasting their time... But they will definitely waste yours. It gets better.

The next morning, they called again to confirm again. Yeah ok..
At 12:15, they no showed for the appointment. only after I CALLED THEM, did they reschedule me for later that day. After profuse apologies, the sales person would show up at 3pm. GUESS WHAT? They no showed again.

Now a full week has passed and they called me this morning, not once, not twice but three times from the same Buena Park number within 10 minutes. I finally picked up and told the operator that I wasn't interested in doing business with them at all. He apologized and then hung up.

Now I'm at home AND THEY CALLED ME AGAIN three times from a new Compton number. I picked up again and told the new operator to leave me alone.

I will not be surprised when I get another call tomorrow and I lose it on their phone operator.

For the record, I never used them but beware the red flags.

Just had my roof completed and I couldn't be happier with the results. The team did an excellent job, and everything was finished on time. Highly recommend!

Horrible Company.. Do NOT use.. They were hired to install new underlayment on my house. No communication, they tell you what you want to hear and then do something different, not much English, no oversight, no communication to my concerns from the office. If I hadn't been home, they would have put shingles on my tile roof, and they would have done partial roof vs entire roof. They didn't remove all the felt, but simply put the new synthetic underlayment over the old felt on parts of the house. Then lied to my face when I showed them pictures. Didn't use new metal where they were supposed to. After they were completed, I had a certified roof inspection done and it failed with MULTIPLE problems listed. Another company came out and spent 4 days fixing the problems that these guys created. Worst company ever..

Brett walked me through everything I needed to know the roof was installed promptly , even waited till after it rained to write the review so happy with Sierra roof. The absolute best value from the best and couldn't have been happier with Brett

The rain came and so did the leaks to our roof. With no money saved for such a crisis we were definitely unprepared for what was going to be needed. Fortunately a friend of ours recommended Sierra Roof. We gave them a call and were able to get a quote the same day. we also were given a pay later with financing option, which was much to our surprise and definitely needed. we are thankful to of had Sierra Roof come out and tear and install a complete new roof. Yall definitely saved our home. . thanks Sierra Roof, for you quick response to our crisis.

I would give them zero star if I could. When we signed the contract, we were doing the whole house roofing. However, when they started the work, a big part roof of the house they didn't do. We asked for the explanation, they state was the city code. So we asked a deduction from the original contract, and they refused.

We are currently in the process of installing solar through this company. The installation has experienced multiple delays with technicians frequently not showing up at all on the days the company scheduled in advance. Additionally, everytime work would be done on the solar panels, they would destroy hundreds of panels on our newly renovated roof, with over 300 destroyed to date. To top it all off, they refuse to replace the panels with those of the same make and color, deeming it as ""too expensive"" for them to consider. Our roof looks like someone took a hammer to it and they won't even help tarp the damaged areas in preparation for the upcoming rain. We will be actively avoiding this company for the indefinite future and will recommend to our friends to do the same.
