We experienced roof leaks less than 1 month into living in our new house. We had the guy who our agent hired to inspect our roof during escrow come out to do the repair. He only repaired the area right above the water damage in the ceiling. After additional water damage, I contacted Marcel. I wish I did sooner! Knowledgeable and customer service oriented. He took the time to inspect the whole roof before he we hired him to start the repair. It hurt to spend that money right after we closed escrow but it was worth every penny!
