I went based off the reviews when hiring this company. I was disappointed by there scheduling and attention to detail. I waited around for one of there sub-contractor for a few days and they did not show up. They finally showed up a few days later and they were late. As a customer I feel companies should be on time and produce good quality product. I will never hire Shylee Roofing and Constructing ever again!!

After reading several positive reviews on another page about working with Tiffany, I decided to make a switch on my solar panel contractors after having been flaked on by the other guy. I'm so glad I made the switch! Tiffany was so easy to work with as others had mentioned. From coordination to final install, everything was so straightforward. She kept in contact at every step and her team was always on time, efficient, and cleaned up after themselves. We've had 2 major rainstorms and it's such a relief not to see a leak. Looking forward to working with Tiffany and team again.

I hired this company to re-roof my house. We had three layers of old roof that had to be removed along with some repairs to the roof and new gutters and downspouts. They completed the job in a timely manner outside of a few days delay because of running out of roofing shingles and extreme wind conditions. It has rained several times since and we've had no more roof leaks. The only downside was that there is quite a lot of old roof debris still left in our yard planters (and haven't dared to check the attic) but when we made them aware they added a refund to help offset clean up costs. Tiffany was a pleasure to work with and always available to answer any questions. The roof looks great and they used high quality materials.

I needed my roof redone (leaks), but I have solar and I had a hard time finding a company that would remove/reinstall my solar equipment. Luckily I found Shylee Construction & Roofing and Tiffany handled it all.

Tiffany coordinated between the electrical team and the roofing team to have the solar removed, the roof done, then the solar reinstalled. She was readily available to answer questions, and proactively provided updates throughout the project.

The friendly team came on time each morning, worked a solid day, and cleaned up each evening. Materials were on hand, so no delays waiting for deliveries. The city inspections were uneventful; never any corrections required. They even fixed the fascia boards that were installed incorrectly by the original builder. When the roof was done, the solar was reinstalled and fired up without a hitch.

The end result looks great and the final cost matched the estimate. Conveniently, there was heavy rain a week after the job completed, and all my leaks were gone.

I couldn't be happier with Shylee Roofing and Construction. Tiffany and crew did a fantastic job tearing down and replacing our roof. I got bids from a half dozen other contractors and Tiffany's bid was competitive and well priced, Tiffany explained on our initial consult that their pricing is aggressive because they DO NOT HAVE sales people so no commission is needed to be paid. Shylee construction's warranty, price and friendly service put me over the edge. To my surprise, they completed the job in record time--much faster than anticipated and quoted. I would definitely recommend Shylee roofing and construction and I would go to them again for any roofing needs. Its nice to find a contractor you can trust. You can't go wrong with them. 10/10.

Shylee Construction is AMAZING! Tiffany is awesome. She is so personable and helpful. We are putting a new roof on and it's the first time my husband and I are doing this. No matter what time I text her with questions, she responds right away. She became like a friend. If you want quality work done, you NEED to hire Shylee Construction!
