When we purchased a pallet of roofing shingles we let them load it as a pallet and not one by one saving us both time. Bottom half of pallet of shingles are trash and not useable when we called they said all sales final no exceptions We will never go back and will continue to tell people of the trash that we bought not expecting half a pallet to be unusable and when asking to do right they said no.

Great service and awesome price. The owner explained all parts of the process very clearly from selecting shingles to actual work on the roof. Finished the whole project in 3 days (main house + garage), and cleaned up really well afterwards. They even helped move some vents due to old vents being useless after 20 years.

They did in fact had good prices but was never given a receipt or notified that all sales were final. They didnt have matching or similar colored ridges and kept insisting colors that weren't near any resemblance of my shingles. When I asked if I can exchange mine (I had just bought them a two days before and are still on my pallet) they said no and that I wont be finding any matching ridges.
