Recommended Customer Reviews

Update to my last review. My employees showed up this morning to water running down the wall and window inside the office. The water was also running down the warehouse wall onto several electrical outlets and one of our commercial electric door openers. My office manager called me and then attempted to make contact with the roofing company employees on the roof. They did not respond to her. There was one person from the company onsite that spoke English and when she brought it to his attention he did not seem to care and blamed it on condensation.
I showed up and observed the water activity running down the walls and hitting the window sill hard enough to cause a puddle about 3-4' in diameter on the office floor.

I located the same company rep and asked what we were going to do about this. He again stated it was condensation. He just stood there and his answer to every question or statement I had was
""uh-Huh"".
He finally told me he would have the job foreman call me. He never asked who I was or what my phone number was. Shortly thereafter I found out the foreman was on site and when I spoke with him he informed the the person I had been speaking to earlier was the owner of the company, Mark.
I am the president of my company and would never treat a customer in that manor. This complete roofing job is $150,000 + and would expect to be treated better than that by the owner.
Turns out the workers had broken a water line on the roof a day or 2 before and flooded one of the other owners offices. The amount of water coming from the roof indicates to me it was residual from the broken pipe and since the gutters and roof edging had already been removed it leaked inside when being squeegeed off.
On a positive note they are now trying to clean up the parking lot and the nail count has dropped.
If I was the owner I think I would be embarrassed and I cannot believe they are still in business.
I hope this roof does not leak when the rainy season arrives as my guess is Uh-Huh is an answer used frequently by them.

I was in need of a new roof for my 7000 square foot warehouse. I called several roofing companies for estimates and was very surprised of the lack of responsiveness from the companies I called. I did a little further research and came across Showtime's website. I called and was able to speak with the owner Mark. Understanding my concerns of rain in the forecast Mark scheduled a site visit for me the same day. He provided me with several options and a comprehensive cost estimate. I really appreciated the amount of time Mark spent explaining the details of the estimate he provided to me. Upon my approval Mark ordered the materials and began working on my roof within 3 business days. His crew completed the work in 5 days as he proposed and I could not be happier with the quality of the work and the professionalism of Mark and his crew. They also suggested and installed six new skylights in the shop which will reduce my energy consumption and save my a bunch of $$ each month. I typically do not write reviews but in this case I felt obligated to provide my feedback for such a good contractor. Please call Mark and Showtime roofing for your next project
