I'm so happy to find this company to do the repair for my roof. Robert Kim is a very nice and reliable person. He and his team did extra works, but charged me the same price. The whole cost is about $1600 with two years warranty. It has been a month going through prolonged rainy days, but my roof was not leaking anymore. Besides, this company is licensed. The company that fumigated my home discovered a leak in the roof as they were replacing the rafters and fascia boards. I asked them if they know of a company that does minor repairs. They recommended Robert. I called Robert and he set up an appointment and provided me with an estimate which I think is reasonable. I hired Robert based on instinct and gut feel. He left a very good impression on me when I asked him for an estimate.
On the day the roof repair was scheduled, he brought 4 roofers and the work was completed immediately according to the specifications on the contract.
